GLOBAL LEARNINGENVIRONMENT

International internships are the most intense

learning experience we offer. Each year we

provide over 5,500 members the life-changing

opportunity to live and work in a foreign country in

the areas of management, technology, education

and development.

TYPES OF INTERNSHIPS:

Management: administration, finance, accounting,

marketing, project management and HR.

Development: usually with NGOs, internships

development.

Technical: management and development in web,

software, networks, and databases, plus some

engineering.

Education: promotion, curriculum development,

teaching, and counseling in the education sector.

DETAILS AND LOGISTICS

Duration: 6 weeks to 18 months;

Salary covers living costs;

It takes between 2 - 7 months to find an internship

and complete the selection processes;

Application fee varies by country.

In AIESEC we focus on developing skill sets that

are needed by the world's future leaders: entre-

preneurial, culturally sensitive, socially respon-

sible and active learners.

LEAD A TEAM OF INDIVIDUALS TO:

Sell the exchange program to corporate clients;

Run an exchange project on a relevant social issue;

Run a recruitment process on campus;

Put new members through the induction process;

Organize a learning activity for members;

Organize a conference for 20 to 300 people.

BE A PART OF A NATIONAL

OR INTERNATIONAL TEAM THAT:

Manages AIESEC at 4 to 50 different universities;

Delivers training at conferences with up to 300

people;

Sells and manages major partnerships with compa-

nies and organizations;

Represents the country at AIESEC conferences;

Leads develop of national strategies

for different functional areas.
