To qualify people in the fields of rural home economics and of conservation of fruits and vegetables according to the system of the officially recognized apprenticeship it might be necessary to have at least one staff member who has a similar qualification. For starting the planned activities in the field of tourism we don’t need more/other qualifications.
If we want to open up restaurant on a farm we need for a cook and for the service an apprenticeship.
None
A training course concerning animal breeding and cheese making would be very useful.
For groups disadvantaged in the labour market, we would need vocation animator – host at tourist farm. Similar to Slovene home hospitality host, the person would have the skills on all the services offered at the farm: service in tea-room and library, maid work – washing / ironing / cleaning / doing up, reception and informing the guests, help in the household, carpentry workshop, organic farming and animal care. The knowledge of tourist and culture sites of the area where the farm is situated.
