Window CleaningWe undertake all aspects of window and fasciacleaning including long ladder, cradle and bosun's chair.Our trained technicians are qualified in abseilingtechniques using our own tested and certified portableanchorage systems designed for any roof structure.

Aerial PlatformsOver 8 years ago LCS purchased two cherry pickerplatforms. These are used as a solution to all of ourawkward access problems. This ensures we have theright equipment to meet any of your cleaningspecifications at all times.

Reach & Wash Systems.Using the Reach & Wash system we can access heightsof up to sixty feet without the use of ladders. Thissystem uses water fed carbon fibre poles leaving asmear free finish. This system minimises Health & Safetyconcerns and is easily the safest method for fascia andwindow cleaning.

Jet WashingWe carry out all types of industrial cleaning includinghigh dust, wash and high pressure cleaning. Our powerwashers are diesel powered and have a 500 gallonwater bowser to enable us to clean areas withoutelectricity or water supply.

Abseiling.LCS also employ several qualified abseilers. With manymodern buildings it is not always possible to use accessplatforms so abseiling can be a great alternative.By employing skilled tradesmen, owning our ownplatforms and using roped access can often reducecosts considerably.

Office CleaningIs office cleaning something you would like to forgetabout? If so our dedicated team is waiting to help you.At a frequency to suit your needs, we carry out daily,once or twice weekly cleans to all business premiseslarge or small.

Urban Pest ControlUrban pest birds such as pigeons and gulls arebecoming a real problem in all areas. Bird droppingsare unsightly and can damage buildings through directchemical action, and also block gutters and drains,leading to water damage.

The main cause of the problem is the Feral Pigeon(Columba livia). These birds not only cause damage butalso transmit human diseases such as Ornithosis,Allergic alveolitis and Cryptoccosis.

Their droppings are extremely slippery, and can lead toproblems in public areas. Nests can also blockchimneys and flues causing a build up of dangerous andpoisonous gases. The birds also cause distress throughtheir noise and unpleasant smell and larger birds suchas gulls may actually attack humans.

LCS Bird Control DivisionThe LCS Bird Control Division specialises in pigeonand gull proofing and provides a range of services fromsurveying, cleaning, proofing, repairing existing proofing,maintaining new installations and the provision of allaccess equipment needed. Proofing is achieved bymethods such as netting, spiking, scaring and installingwire systems at height.

Our technicians are fully qualified on power accessplatforms, bird proofing and abseiling - with manymodern buildings it is not always possible to use accessplatforms, and abseiling can often be the onlyalternative.

By employing skilled technicians, owning our ownplatforms and plant, and the expertise to access byrope, we can offer a far more cost effective service,reducing the cost of treatments significantly.

These are made available tooperatives and clients alike thus ensuring exactprocedures and guidelines are followed.

InsuranceIncluded in our manyconcerns is of course thewell being of ouroperatives and membersof the public and clientsproperty. LCS havecomprehensive insurancepolicies in place covering

public liability, accidental damage and health. All ofthese are available to operators and clients alike.

Due to the potentially dangerous nature of ourindustry regular spot checks and training is given toour managers, supervisors and operatives to give youand us peace of mind.
