LBC Official Packing List

The shipper must use only the official LBC Packing List to itemize the contents of his/her shipment. The LBC Packing List is a very important document because this will allow your consignee to easily check if every item you sent them is accounted for once your shipment arrives at destination.

The packing list must be completed and signed by the shipper and not by the LBC Representative. It must have the complete shipper and consignee information including address and phone number as well as the item description and its quantity. The shipper and consignee information must match what is written on the box that is being shipped.
