DNA Extraction

The Chromatrap® DNA Extraction kit delivers a protocol to isolate superior qualityDNA from a wide range of samples,including difficult cell and tissues such asblood. With our high volume bindingcapacity, cells are efficiently lysed, DNAreliably captured and quickly eluted from ourunique spin column and 96 well plateformats.

DNA Purification

DNA and Gel Purification kits are designed to be quick and easy to use. Performphenol-free purification and elute high yieldultra-pure DNA for downstream molecularbiological applications.

DNA Purify & Concentrate

Clean up and concentrate DNA in as little as 5 µl (5-10 µg DNA) elution volume. With nowash residue carryover, this kit is perfect forconcentrated purification of DNA fromstandard molecular techniques such as PCRand restriction enzyme digestion for furtherdownstream applications.

DNA Size Selection

In 3 simple steps (bind, wash and elute), elute superior quality DNA fragments ofyour desired size for downstreamapplications such as library preparation fornext generation sequencing in under 5minutes.
