•Scenario 2—”Start-up” Hire the Bioscience Position to begin implementing the early stages of the Strategic Plan by developing a business plan and constructing basic “Bioscience Laboratory” Space.

•Scenario 3—”Accelerated” Hire, staff, and fully fund the Bioscience Position.
