100% blend of endophyte-enhanced, perennial turf ryegrass varieties including Caddieshack II, Top Gun 2 and Revenge GLX

Endophytes are fungi or bacteria that live inside of plants. These organisms create compounds that deter insects including billbugs, sod webworms, chinch bugs and armyworms. Plants containing endophytes have shown improved disease resistance, drought tolerance and seedling vigor.

Over-seed established lawns at a rate of 150 #/acre or 3.5 #/1,000 ft2

Turf Type Tall Fescues have been chosen for many great characteristics including insect resistance and drought tolerance. These grasses can handle moderate to heavy foot traffic. Fescues generally germinate in 10-14 days and require 2-4 pounds of nitrogen fertilizer during the year. Perennial ryegrasses quickly germinate and will help to fill in with the fescues. Over-seeding should be done every 3-5 years or if the lawn becomes thin.
