1. SAFETY INFORMATIONBefore the installation and use of the appliance,carefully read the supplied instructions. Themanufacturer is not responsible if an incorrectinstallation and use causes injuries and damages. Alwayskeep the instructions with the appliance for futurereference.

1.1 Children and vulnerable people safetyWARNING!

Risk of suffocation, injury or permanentdisability.

• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8years and above and persons with reduced physical,sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experienceand knowledge if they have been given supervision orinstruction concerning use of the appliance in a safeway and understand the hazards involved.

• Do not let children play with the appliance.• Children of less than 3 years should be kept away

unless continuously supervised.• Keep all packaging away from children.• Keep all detergents away from children.• Keep children and pets away from the appliance door

when it is open.• If the appliance has a child safety device, we

recommend you activate it.• Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by

children without supervision.

1.2 General Safety• Do not change the specification of this appliance.• The appliance can be installed as freestanding or

below the kitchen counter with correct space.• Do not install the appliance behind a lockable door, a

sliding door or a door with a hinge on the opposite

side, where the appliance door can not be fullyopened.

• Connect the mains plug to the mains socket only atthe end of the installation. Make sure that there isaccess to the mains plug after the installation.

• The ventilation openings in the base (if applicable)must not be obstructed by a carpet.

• Ensure you have good ventilation in the installationroom to avoid the back flow of gases into the roomfrom appliances burning other fuels, including openfires.

• Exhaust air must not be discharged into a flue which isused for exhausting fumes from appliances burninggas or other fuels (if applicable).

• The operating water pressure (minimum andmaximum) must be between 0,5 bar (0,05 MPa) and 8bar (0,8 MPa).

• Obey the maximum load volume of 7 kg (refer to the“Programme chart” chapter).

• The appliance is to be connected to the water mainsusing the new supplied hose-sets. Old hose sets mustnot be reused.

• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced bythe manufacturer, its Authorised Service Centre orsimilarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

• Wipe away lint that has accumulated around theappliance.

• Items that have been soiled with substances such ascooking oil, acetone, alcohol, petrol, kerosene, spotremovers, turpentine, waxes and wax removers shouldbe washed in hot water with an extra amount ofdetergent before being dried in the wash dryer.

• Do not use the appliance if industrial chemicals havebeen used for cleaning.

• Do not dry unwashed items in the wash dryer.• Items such as foam rubber (latex foam), shower caps,

waterproof textiles, rubber backed articles and clothes

or pillows fitted with foam rubber pads should not bedried in the wash dryer.

• Fabric softeners, or similar products, should be usedas specified by the fabric softener instructions.

• Remove all objects from pockets such as lighters andmatches.

• Never stop the wash dryer before the end of thedrying cycle unless all items are quickly removed andspread out so that the heat is dissipated.

• The final part of a wash dryer cycle occurs withoutheat (cool down cycle) to ensure that the items are leftat a temperature that ensures that the items will notbe damaged.

• Do not use water spray and steam to clean theappliance.

• Clean the appliance with a moist soft cloth. Only useneutral detergents. Do not use abrasive products,abrasive cleaning pads, solvents or metal objects.

• Before maintenance, deactivate the appliance anddisconnect the mains plug from the mains socket.

2. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

2.1 Installation• Obey the installation instruction

supplied with the appliance.• Always move the appliance vertically.• Make sure that there is air circulation

between the appliance and the floor.• Remove all the packaging and the

transit bolts.• Make sure that the floor where you

install the appliance is flat, stable,heat resistant and clean.

• Keep the transit bolts. When youmove the appliance again you mustblock the drum.

• Always be careful when you move theappliance because it is heavy. Alwayswear safety gloves.

• Do not install or use a damagedappliance.

• Do not install the appliance where theappliance door can not be fullyopened.

• Adjust the feet to have the necessaryspace between the appliance and thecarpet.

• When the appliance is put in itspermanent position, check if it is fullylevel with the aid of a spirit level. If itis not, adjust the feet until it is.

2.2 Electrical Connection

WARNING!Risk of fire and electricalshock.

• The appliance must be earthed.• Always use a correctly installed

shockproof socket.• Do not use multi-plug adapters and

extension cables.• Do not pull the mains cable to

disconnect the appliance. Always pullthe mains plug.

• Do not touch the mains cable or themains plug with wet hands.

• Only for UK and Ireland: Theappliance has a 13 amp mains plug. Ifit is necessary to change the fuse inthe mains plug, use a 13 amp ASTA(BS 1362) fuse.

• This appliance complies with theE.E.C. Directives.

2.3 Water Connection• Make sure not to cause damage to

the water hoses.• Before you connect the appliance to

new pipes or pipes not used for along time, let the water flow until it isclean.

• The first time you use the appliance,make sure that there is no leakage.

2.4 Use

WARNING!Risk of injury, electricalshock, fire, burns or damageto the appliance.

• Use this appliance in a householdonly.

• Do not change the specification ofthis appliance.

• Do not put flammable products oritems that are wet with flammableproducts in, near or on the appliance.

• Do not touch the glass of the doorwhile a programme operates. Theglass can be hot.

• Do not dry the damaged items whichcontain padding or fillings.

• If you have washed your laundry witha stain remover start an extra rinsecycle before you start a drying cycle.

• Make sure that you remove all metalobjects from the laundry.

• Only dry fabrics which are applicableto dry in the washer-dryer. Follow theinstructions on the fabric label.

• Plastic items are not heat resistant.– If you use a detergent ball,

remove it before you set thedrying programme.

– Do not use a detergent ball whenyou set a non-stop programme.

WARNING!Risk of injury or damage tothe appliance.

• Do not sit or stand on the open door.• Do not dry dripping wet clothes in the

appliance.

2.5 Disposal• Disconnect the appliance from the

mains supply.• Cut off the mains cable and discard it.• Remove the door catch to prevent

children and pets to get closed in theappliance.

4.2 Display

The display shows the following information:

Duration of the set programmeWhen you set a programme, the display shows the duration in hours andminutes (for example 2.05).The duration is calculated automatically on the maximum load for eachtype of fabric.After the programme has started, the time remaining is updated every mi-nute.

Set drying timeWhen you set a drying programme, the display shows the drying time inminutes and/or hours (see paragraph «Programmes for timed drying »).After the programme has started, the appliance updates the remainingtime every minute.

Alarm codesIn the event of operating problems, some alarm codes can be displayed,

for example (see chapter «Troubleshooting»).

End of programme

When the programme has finished, the display shows a blinking zero .The Puerta bloqueada light C, the Lavado light A (or the Puerta bloqueadalight B) and the light of button Start/Pausa go out.The door can be opened.

Incorrect option selectionIf you set an option which is not compatible with the wash programme, thedisplay shows the message Err for some seconds.The yellow pilot light of button Start/Pausa light starts blinking.

Delay StartWhen you press the relevant button to set the delay (20 hours max), it ap-pears for some seconds, then the display shows the duration of the setprogramme.The delay time value decreases by one unit every hour. When only 1 hourremains, the time decreases every minute.

Delay Start symbolThis symbol comes on when you set the delay time.

Child safety lockThis symbol comes on when you activate the child lock function.

Consider this as a normal functioning of the appliance.3) Cottons energy saving programme. This programme at a 60ºC with a load of 7 is the reference pro-gramme for data entered in the energy label, in compliance with EEC 92/75 standards. Set this pro-gramme to have a good washing results and decrease the energy consumption. The time of the washingprogramme is extended.

7. OPTIONS

7.1 Centrif.With this option you can decrease thedefault spin speed.

The indicator of the set speed comes on.

Additional spin options:

Rinse Hold

• Set this option to prevent the laundrycreases.

• The relevant indicator comes on.• The washing programme stops with

the water in the drum. The drum turnsregularly to prevent the laundrycreases.

• The door stays locked. You must drainthe water to unlock the door.

To drain the water refer to‘At the end of theprogramme’.

7.2 ManchasSet this option to add the stain phase toa programme.

Use this option for laundry with hardstains to remove.

When you set this option, put the stain

remover into compartment .

This option increases theprogramme duration.This option is not availablewith a temperature lowerthan 40 °C.

7.3 Ahorra TiempoWith this option you can decrease theprogramme duration.

• Press this button one time to set'Shortened duration' for items withdaily soil.

• Press this button two times to set'Extra Quick' for items with almost nosoil.

Some programmes acceptonly one of the two options.

7.4 Aclarado ExtraWith this option you can add some rinsesto a washing programme.

Use this option for persons allergic todetergents and in areas where the wateris soft.

The related indicator comes on.

7.5 Inicio DiferidoWith this option you can delay the startof a programme from 30 minutes to 20hours.

The display shows the related indicatorand delay time.

8. SETTINGS

8.1 Acoustic signalsThe acoustic signals operate when:

• You activate the appliance.• You deactivate the appliance.• You press the buttons.• The programme is completed.• The appliance has a malfunction.To deactivate/activate the acousticsignals, press Manchas and AhorraTiempo at the same time for 6 seconds.

If you deactivate theacoustic signals, theycontinue operate when theappliance has a malfunction.

8.2 Child Lock With this option you can prevent that thechildren play with the control panel.

• To activate/deactivate this option,press Ahorra Tiempo and AclaradoExtra at the same time until the

indicator comes on/goes off.You can activate this option:

• After you press Start/Pausa : theoptions and the programme knob arelocked.

• Before you press Start/Pausa : theappliance cannot start.

9. BEFORE FIRST USE1. Put 2 litre of water in the detergent

compartment for washing phase.This activates the drain system.2. Put a small quantity of detergent in

the compartment for washing phase.3. Set and start a programme for cotton

at the highest temperature withoutlaundry.

This removes all possible dirt from thedrum and the tub.

10. DAILY USE

10.1 Loading the laundry1. Open the appliance door2. Put the laundry in the drum, one item

at a time.3. Shake the items before you put them

in the appliance.Make sure not to put too much laundryin the drum.4. Close the door firmly.

CAUTION!Make sure that no laundrystays between the seal andthe door. There is a risk ofwater leakage or damage tothe laundry.

10.2 Filling the detergent andadditives

MAX

Compartment for prewash phase,soak programme or stain remover.Compartment for washing phase.

Compartment for liquid additives(fabric conditioner, starch).Maximum level for quantity of liquidadditives.Flap for powder or liquid detergent.

Always obey the instructionsthat you find on thepackaging of the detergentproducts.

10.3 Setting a programmeTurn the programme selector dial to therequired programme.

The programme dial determines the typeof washing cycle (e.g. water level, drummovement, number of rinses) and thewashing temperature according to thetype of laundry.

The indicator of Start/Pausa button startsblinking.

The programme dial can be turnedeither clockwise or anticlockwise.

Off = Reset programme/switching OFFof the appliance

If you turn the programmedial to another programmewhen the appliance isworking, the yellow indicatorof button Start/Pausa blinks3 times. The display showsthe message Err to indicatea wrong selection. Theappliance does not performthe new set programme.

10.4 Starting the programmePress button Start/Pausa to start theprogramme. The corresponding redindicator stops blinking.

The indicator Lavado is on to indicatethat the appliance starts operating.

The indicator Secado is on to indicatethe door is locked.

If you have chosen a delayed start withbutton Inicio Diferido, the appliance willbegin the countdown.

If you set an incorrect option, the yellowindicator of button Start/Pausa blinks for3 times. The display shows the message Err for some seconds.

10.5 Starting a programmewith the delay startSet this option after you have set theprogramme and before you press buttonStart/Pausa.Before you start theprogramme, if you wish to delay theprogramme start, press button InicioDiferido repeatedly, to set the desireddelay.

The symbol appears on the display.The wash programme can be delayedfrom 30 min. - 60 min. - 90 min., 2 hoursand then by 1 hour up to a maximum of20 hours.

The set delay time value appears on thedisplay for about 3 seconds, then theduration of the programme appearsagain.

You can modify or cancel the delay timeat any moment, before you press buttonStart/Pausa.

The door will be locked throughout thedelay time. If you wish to add laundry inthe appliance during the delay time,press the button Start/Pausa to set theappliance to pause. When the indicatorPuerta bloqueada goes off , the door canbe opened. Add the laundry, close thedoor and press button Start/Pausa again.

Setting the delayed start.

• Set the programme and the requiredoptions.

• Set the delay start.• Press button Start/Pausa: the

appliance starts its hourly countdown.The programme starts after theselected delay has expired.

Cancelling the delayed start

• Press button Start/Pausa to set theappliance to PAUSE;

• Press button Inicio Diferido until the

symbol ’ is displayed;• Press button Start/Pausa again to start

the programme.

The set delay can bechanged only after you haveset the washing programmeagain.

The Delay Start cannot be set with Drainprogramme.

10.6 Altering an option or arunning programmeIt is possible to change some optionsbefore the programme carries it out.Before you make any change, you mustpress button Start/Pausa to pause theappliance.

Changing a running programme ispossible only by resetting it.

Turn the programme dial to Off and thento the new programme position.

Press Start/Pausa button again to startthe new programme. The washing waterin the tub will not emptied out.

10.7 Interrupting aprogrammePress button Start/Pausa to interrupt aprogramme which is running, the

corresponding indicator starts blinking.Press button Start/Pausa again to restartthe programme.

10.8 Cancelling a runningprogrammeTurn the selector dial to Off to cancel aprogramme which is running. Now youcan select a new programme.

Before starting the newprogramme the appliancecould drain the water. In thiscase, make sure that thedetergent is still in thedetergent compartment, ifnot fill the detergent again.

10.9 Opening the doorWhen the appliance is working andthrough the delay time, the door islocked.

If, for any reason, it is necessary to openit, firstly press button Start/Pausa to setthe machine to pause.

If the indicator Puerta bloqueada after afew minutes goes off, the door can beopened.

If the indicator Puerta bloqueada stayson and the door remains locked, thismeans that the appliance is alreadyheating or that the water level is toohigh. In this case the door cannot beopened.

If you cannot open the door but youneed to open it, turn the programme dialto Off to switch the appliance off. After afew minutes the door can be opened (pay attention to the water level andtemperature !) .

After closing the door, it is necessary toset the programme and the optionsagain. Press button Start/Pausa to startthe programme again.

10.10 At the end of theprogrammeThe appliance stops automatically. Theindicator of button Start/Pausa, theindicators Lavado and Puerta bloqueada

go off. A blinking will appear on thedisplay.

If you have set a programme or anoption that ends with water in the tub,the indicator Puerta bloqueada remainson. The door is locked. The water mustbe emptied out before opening thedoor. During this time the drumcontinues to turn at regular intervals untilwater drain.

Follow the below instructions to emptyout the water:

• Turn the programme selector dial toOff.

• Set the DRAIN or SPIN programme.• Reduce the spin speed, if needed.• Press button Start/Pausa.• When the programme has finished

the display shows a blinking . The

indicator Puerta bloqueada goes off.The door can be opened.

Turn the programme selector dial to Offto switch the appliance off.

Remove the laundry from the drum andcarefully check that the drum is empty. Ifyou do not intend to carry out anotherwash, close the water tap. Leave thedoor open to prevent the formation ofmildew and unpleasant smells.

10.11 Stand byOnce the programme has finished, afterfew minutes the energy saving systemwill be enable. The brightness of thedisplay is reduced. By pressing anybutton the appliance comes out from theenergy saving status.

11.1 Drying setting

The recommended load sizeis 3 kg for cottons and linen,and 2 kg for synthetic items.You can also to dry up to 4kg of cotton items (see the«Drying Programme » table).

WARNING!Open the water tap. Putthe drain hose in the sinkor connect to the drainpipe.

1. Load the laundry one item at a time.2. Turn the programme dial to the

programme applicable for the itemsto dry (cottons or synthetics).

To have a good dryingperformance do not exceedthe maximum drying loadsrecommended in the usermanual. Do not set a spinspeed lower than theautomatic speed of the setprogramme.

11.2 Timed drying1. Press the button Tiempo de secado

again and again to set the time value(see the «Programmes for timeddrying» table).• Each time you press this button

the time value increases by 5minutes.

• As the appliance calculates alsothe duration of the anti-creaseand the cooling phases, theprogramme time willautomatically increase by someminutes.

2. Press Start/Pausa button to start theprogramme.• The display shows regularly a new

time value.

• The indicator is on.

If you set only 10 minutes ofdrying, the applianceperforms only a coolingphase.

If the laundry is not sufficient dry, setagain a short drying time.

11.3 End of the dryingprogrammeThe appliance stops automatically.

• The acoustic signals operate (if theyare active).

• In the display comes on.• The indicator of the Start/Pausa

button goes off.• The last minutes of the drying cycle

the appliance performs a cooling andanti-crease phase. The door is still

locked. The display show a flashing .

When the door locked indicator goes off, you can open the door.

1. Turn the programme knob to Offposition to deactivate the appliance.

After some minutes from the end of theprogramme, the energy saving functionautomatically deactivates the appliance.2. Remove the laundry from the

appliance.Make sure that the drum is empty.3. Keep the door ajar, to prevent

mildew and odours.4. Close the water tap.

12.1 Non-Stop programme(Automatic washing & drying)For NON-STOP programme therecommended load size is 3 kg forcotton and 2 kg for synthetic.

CAUTION!Do not use a dosingdevice/ball when carryingout a washing and dryingprogramme.

1. Load the laundry one item at a time.2. Put the detergent and the additives

in the appropriate compartment.3. Turn the programme knob to the

required programme to switch themachine on.

4. Set the available options.

To have a good dryingperformance do not exceedthe maximum drying loadsrecommended in the usermanual. Do not set a spinspeed lower than theautomatic speed of the setprogramme.

12.2 Washing & Timed DryingTo have a good drying the appliancedoes not let you set a too low spin speedfor the items to be washed and dried.

1. Press the button Tiempo de secadoto set the drying time value.

After some seconds the display showsthe final time value, that is the totalduration of the washing and dryingcycles (washing + drying + anti-crease +cooling phases).

If you set only 10 minutes ofdrying after washing, theappliance calculates also theduration of the anti-creaseand the cooling phases.

2. Press Start/Pausa button to start theprogramme.

The indicator comes on. The door islocked. The display shows regularly anew time value.

12.3 End of the programmeThe appliance stops automatically. Theacoustic signals operate (if they areactive).

1. Turn the selector dial to the positionOff to switch the machine off.

2. Remove the laundry from theappliance. Make sure that the drumis empty.

3. Keep the door ajar, to preventmildew and odours.

4. Close the water tap.

12.4 Fluff in the fabricsDuring the washing and/or drying phase,some types of fabric, (sponge, sweatshirt)could release fluff.

The released fluff could stick to thefabrics during the next cycle.

This inconvenient increases withtechnical fabrics.

To prevent the fluff in your laundry, werecommend that you:

• To do not wash dark fabrics after youwashed and dried light colouredfabrics (new sponge, sweatshirt ) andthe contrary.

• To dry this type of fabrics at open airwhen they are washed the first time.

• To clean the drain filter.• After the drying phase, clean the

empty drum, the gasket and the doorwith a wet cloth.

13. HINTS AND TIPS

WARNING!Refer to Safety chapters.

13.1 The laundry load• Divide the laundry in: white, coloured,

synthetics, delicates and wool.• Obey the washing instructions that

are on the laundry care labels.• Do not wash together white and

coloured items.• Some coloured items can discolour

with the first wash. We recommendthat you wash them separately for thefirst times.

• Button up pillowcases, close zippers,hooks and poppers. Tie up belts.

• Empty the pockets and unfold theitems.

• Turn inside out multilayered fabrics,wool and items with paintedillustrations.

• Remove hard stains.• Wash with a special detergent heavy

soil stains.• Be careful with the curtains. Remove

the hooks or put the curtains in awashing bag or pillowcase.

• Do not wash in the appliance laundrywithout hems or with cuts. Use awashing bag to wash small and/ordelicate items (e.g. underwired bras,belts, tights, etc. ).

• A very small load can cause balanceproblems with the spin phase. If thisoccurs, adjust manually the items inthe tub and start the spin phaseagain.

13.2 Stubborn stainsFor some stains, water and detergent isnot sufficient.

We recommend that you remove thesestains before you put the items in theappliance.

Special stain removers are available. Usethe special stain remover that isapplicable to the type of stain and fabric.

13.3 Detergents and additives• Only use detergents and additives

specially made for washing machines:– powder detergents for all types of

fabric,– powder detergents for delicate

fabrics (40 °C max) and woollens,– liquid detergents, preferably for

low temperature washprogrammes (60 °C max) for alltypes of fabric, or special forwoollens only.

• Do not mix different types ofdetergents.

• To help the environment, do not usemore than the correct quantity ofdetergent.

• Obey the instructions that you find onthe on packaging of these products.

• Use the correct products for the typeand colour of the fabric, theprogramme temperature and thelevel of soil.

• If your appliance has not thedetergent dispenser with the flapdevice, add the liquid detergents witha dosing ball (supplied by thedetergent's manufacturer).

13.4 Ecological hints• Set a programme without the

prewash phase to wash laundry withnormal soil.

• Always start a washing programmewith the maximum load of laundry.

• If necessary, use a stain remover whenyou set a programme with a lowtemperature.

• To use the correct quantity of thedetergent, check the water hardnessof your domestic system

13.5 Water hardnessIf the water hardness in your area is highor moderate, we recommend that youuse a water softener for washingmachines. In areas where the waterhardness is soft it is not necessary to usea water softener.

To know the water hardness in your area,contact your local water authority.

Use the correct quantity of the watersoftener. Obey the instructions that youfind on the packaging of the product.

13.6 Drying hintsPrepare the drying cycle• Open the water tap.• Do a check if the connection of the

drain hose is correct. Refer toinstallation chapter for moreinformation.

• For the maximum laundry load of thedrying programmes, refer to thedrying programmes table.

13.7 Items not to dryDo not set a drying programme forthis laundry:• Very delicate items.• Synthetic curtains.• Pieces of clothing with metal inserts.• Nylon stockings.• Quilts.• Bed covers.• Duvets.• Anoraks.• Sleeping bags• Fabrics with residue of hair sprays, nail

solvents or similar.

• Garments with foam-rubber ormaterials similar to foam-rubber.

13.8 Garment labelsWhen you dry the laundry, obey theindications on the labels of themanufacturers:

• = The item can be tumble dried

• = The drying cycle is at hightemperature

• = The drying cycle is at reducedtemperature

• = The item can not be tumbledried.

13.9 Drying cycle durationThe drying time can change dependingon:• speed of the last spin• dryness level• type of laundry• weight of the load size

13.10 Additional dryingIf, at the end of the drying programme,the laundry is still damp, set a shortdrying cycle again.

WARNING!To avoid creases of fabricsor shrinks of the clothingdo not over dry thelaundry.

13.11 General TipsRefer to the «Drying programmes» tableto find the average drying times.The experience will help you to dry thelaundry in a more correct way. Take noteof the duration drying time of the cyclesdone before.

To avoid the static charge at the end ofthe drying cycle:

1. Use fabric conditioner in the washingcycle.

2. Use special fabric conditioner fortumble dryers.

When the drying programme iscompleted remove the laundry in a shorttime.

14. CARE AND CLEANING

14.1 External cleaningClean the appliance only with soap andwarm water. Fully dry all the surfaces.

CAUTION!Do not use alcohol, solventsor chemical products.

14.2 DescalingIf the water hardness in your area is highor moderate, we recommend that youuse a water descaling product forwashing machines.

Regularly examine the drum to preventlimescale and rust particles.

To remove rust particles use only specialproducts for washing machine. Do thisseparately from the laundry wash.

Always obey the instructionsthat you find on thepackaging of the product.

14.3 Maintenance washWith the low temperature programmes itis possible that some detergent stays inthe drum. Make regularly a maintenancewash. To do this:

• Remove the laundry from the drum.• Set the cotton programme with the

highest temperature with a smallquantity of detergent.

14.4 Door seal

Regularly examine the seal and removeall objects from the inner part.

14.6 Cleaning the drain filter

The pump should be inspected regularly and particularly if:• The appliance does not empty and/or spin.• The appliance makes an unusual noise during draining due to objects such as safety

pins, coins etc. blocking the pump.• A problem with water draining is detected (see chapter “Troubleshooting” for more

details).

WARNING!Before unscrewing the pump cover, switch the appliance off and removethe mains plug from the socket.

To clean the drain filter:

WARNING!When the appliance is in use and depending on the programme selectedthere can be hot water in the filter. Never remove the filter cover during awash cycle, always wait until the appliance has finished the cycle, and isempty. When refitting the filter cover, ensure it is securely re-tightened soas to stop leaks and young children being able to remove it.

1. Unplug the appliance.2. If it is necessary, wait until the water has cooled down.

4. Release the emergency emptying hose,place it in the container and remove its capcover.

5. When no more water comes out, unscrewthe filter cover by turning it anti-clockwiseand remove the filter. Use pliers, if necessary.Always keep a rag nearby to dry up any waterspillages when removing the cover. Clean thefilter under a tap, to remove any traces offluff.

6. Remove foreign bodies and fluff from thefilter seat and from the filter impeller.

7. Check carefully whether the pump impellerrotates (it rotates jerkily). If it doesn’t rotate,please contact your Service Centre.

8. Put the cap back on the emergencyemptying hose and place the latter back in itsseat. Replace the filter into the pump byinserting it correctly into the special guides.Screw the filter cover firmly by turning itclockwise.

14.7 Cleaning the inlet hose and the valve filter

14.8 Frost precautionsIf the appliance is installed in an areawhere the temperature can be less than0° C, remove the remaining water fromthe inlet hose and the drain pump.

1. Disconnect the mains plug from themains socket.

2. Close the water tap.3. Place the end of the emergency

emptying hose and that of the inlethose in a bowl placed on the floorand let water flow out of the hoses.

4. Set the Drain programme and let itoperate until the end of the cycle.

5. Turn the programme knob to Off todisconnect the appliance from thepower supply.

6. Screw the water inlet hose back onand re-fit the emergency emptyinghose after having put the cap onagain.

WARNING!Make sure that thetemperature is more than 0°C before you use theappliance again.The manufacturer is notresponsible for damagescaused by low temperatures.

15. TROUBLESHOOTING

15.1 IntroductionThe start of the appliance does not occuror it stops during operation.

First try to find a solution to the problem(refer to the table). If not, contact theAuthorised Service Centre.

With some problems, the acousticsignals operate and the display showsan alarm code:

• - The appliance does not fill withwater properly.

• - The appliance does not drainthe water.

• - The appliance door is open ornot closed correctly. Please check thedoor!

• - The mains supply is unstable.Wait until the mains supply is stable.

• - No communication betweenelectronic elements of the appliance.Switch off and switch on again.

• - The anti-flood device is on.Disconnect the appliance and closethe water tap. Contact the AuthorisedService Centre.

WARNING!Deactivate the appliancebefore you do the checks.

15.2 Possible failures

the valve are not clogged. Refer to “Care and cleaning”.• Make sure that the inlet hose has no kinks or bends.• Make sure that the connection of the water inlet hose is

correct.• Make sure that the drain hose is in the correct position. The

hose may be too low.

The appliance does notdrain the water.

• Make sure that the sink spigot is not clogged.• Make sure that the drain hose has no kinks or bends.• Make sure that the drain filter is not clogged. Clean the fil-

ter, if necessary. Refer to 'Care and cleaning'.• Make sure that the connection of the drain hose is correct.• Set the drain programme if you set a programme without

cleaning.

You cannot open the ap-pliance door.

• Make sure that the washing programme is finished.• Set the drain or the spin programme if there is water in the

drum.

The appliance makes anunusual noise.

• Make sure the levelling of the appliance is correct. Refer to'Installation'.

• Make sure that the packaging and/or the transit bolts areremoved. Refer to 'Installation'.

• Add more laundry in the drum. The load may be too small.

The washing results arenot satisfactory.

• Increase the detergent quantity or use a different deter-gent.

• Use special products to remove the stubborn stains beforeyou wash the laundry.

• Make sure that you set the correct temperature.• Decrease the laundry load.

You cannot set an op-tion.

• Make sure that you press only the wanted button(s).

The machine does notdry or does not dry prop-erly:

• Make sure that you have set a suitable drying programmefor your laundry.

• Make sure that you set the correct the drying time or dry-ness degree.

• Make sure that the water tap is not turned on.• the drain filter is not clogged.• Make sure you have not overloaded the appliance.

The laundry is full of dif-ferent coloured fluff:

The fabrics washed in the previous cycle released fluff of a dif-ferent colour.• Clean the clothes with a fluff remover• The drying phase helps to eliminate some fluff.In case of an excessive amount of fluff in the drum, refer to sec-tion «FLUFF IN THE FABRICS».• Thoroughly clean the empty drum, the gasket and the door

with a wet rag.• Perform a rinse cycle.• Put a wool or piled fabric rag inside the drum.• Perform a drying cycle of 10 minutes.• Remove the old wool cloth.

Now you can wash other garments.

After the check, activate the appliance.The programme continues from thepoint of interruption.

If the problem occurs again, contact theAuthorised Service Centre.

If the display shows other alarm codes.Deactivate and activate the appliance. Ifthe problem continues, contact theService.

16. INSTALLATION

16.1 Unpacking

WARNING!Remove all the packaging and the transit bolts before installing theappliance.

Use the gloves. Remove the external film. Ifnecessary, use a cutter.

Remove the cardboard top. Remove thepolystyrene packaging materials.

Remove the internal film.

Open the door. Remove the polystyrenepiece from the door seal and all the itemsfrom the drum.

Put one of the polystyrene packagingelements on the floor behind the appliance.Carefully put down the appliance with therear side on it. Make sure not to damage thehoses.

Remove the polystyrene protection from thebottom. Pull up the appliance in verticalposition.

Remove the polystyrene block fitted on thedoor seal (if present). Pull out all items fromthe drum.

Remove the power supply cable and thedrain hose from the hose holders.

Remove the three bolts. Use the key suppliedwith the appliance. Pull out the plasticspacers.

Put the plastic caps in the holes. You can findthese caps in the user manual bag.

We recommend that you keep the packaging and the transit bolts for anymovements of the appliance.

16.2 Positioning and levelling

• Install the appliance on a flat hard floor.• Make sure that air circulation around the

appliance is not impeded by carpets, rugsetc.

• Level the appliance by raising or loweringthe feet.

• The feet may be tight to adjust as theyincorporate a self locking nut, but theappliance MUST be level and stable. Ifnecessary, check the setting with a spiritlevel. Any necessary adjustment can bemade with a spanner. Accurate levellingprevents vibration, noise anddisplacement of the appliance duringoperation.

• After having levelled the appliance,tighten the lock nuts.

WARNING!Never place cardboard, wood or similar materials under the appliance tocompensate for any unevenness in the floor.

• Connect the hose to the back appliance.Turn the inlet hose only left or right.

• Loose the ring nut to set it in the correctposition.

• Connect the water inlet hose to the coldwater tap with 3/4 thread.

CAUTION!Make sure that there are noleaks from the couplings.

Do not use an extension hose if the inlet hose is too short. Contact theservice centre for the replacement of the inlet hose.

Water drainage

There are different procedures to connect the drain hose:

With the plastic hose guide:• Making an U form with the drain hose.

On the edge of a sink• Make sure that the plastic guide cannot

move when the appliance drains. Attachthe guide to the water tap or the wall.

To a stand pipe with vent-hole• Directly into a drain pipe at a height of not

less than 60 cm (23.6”) and not more than100 cm (39.3”). Refer to the illustration.

• The end of the drain hose must always beventilated , i.e. the inner diameter of thedrain pipe (min. 38 mm - min. 1.5”) mustbe larger than the external diameter of thedrain hose.

(see the picture), you can push it directlyinto the stand pipe.

Without the plastic hose guide.To a sink spigot• Refer to the illustration. Put the drain hose

in the spigot and tighten it with a clip.• Make sure that the drain hose makes a

loop to prevent that remaining particlesgo in the appliance from the sink.

To a wall-pipe• Directly to a built-in drain pipe in the room

wall and tighten it with a clip.

You can extend the drain hose to maximum 400 cm. Contact the servicecentre for the other drain hose and the extension.

16.4 Water-stop device

The inlet hose has a water stop device. Thisdevice prevents water leaks in the hosebecause of its natural ageing.The red sector in the window «A» shows thisfault.If this occur, close the water tap and contactthe service centre to replace the hose.

• No detenga nunca una lavadora-secadora de tamborantes de finalizar el ciclo de secado a menos quetodas las prendas se retiren rápidamente y seextiendan para disipar el calor

• La parte final de un ciclo de secado se produce sincalor (ciclo de enfriamiento) para garantizar que lasprendas queden a una temperatura que no las dañe.

• No utilice pulverizadores ni vapor de agua paralimpiar el aparato.

• Limpie el aparato con un paño suave humedecido.Utilice solo detergentes neutros. No utilice productosabrasivos, estropajos duros, disolventes ni objetos demetal.

• Antes de proceder con el mantenimiento, apague elaparato y desconecte el enchufe de la red.

7. OPCIONES

7.1 Centrif.Con esta opción puede reducir lavelocidad de centrifugadopredeterminada.

Se enciende el indicador del ajuste develocidad.

Opciones adicionales de centrifugado:

Agua en la cuba

• Ajuste esta opción para evitar arrugasen los tejidos.

• Se enciende el indicadorcorrespondiente.

• El programa de lavado se detiene conel agua en el tambor. El tambor giraregularmente para evitar arrugas enlas prendas.

• La puerta permanece bloqueada.Debe drenar el agua paradesbloquear la puerta.

7.2 ManchasElija esta opción para añadir la fase demanchas a un programa.

Utilice esta función para coladas conmanchas difíciles.

Cuando ajuste esta función, coloque el

7.5 Inicio DiferidoCon esta opción puede retrasar el iniciode un programa entre 30 minutos y 20horas.

La pantalla muestra el retardo y elindicador correspondiente.

8. AJUSTES

8.1 Señales acústicasSe activan las señales acústicas cuando:

• Se enciende el aparato.• Se apaga el aparato.• Se pulsan las teclas.• El programa se termina.• Se ha producido algún fallo en el

aparato.Para desactivar/activar las señalesacústicas, pulse Manchas y AhorraTiempo al mismo tiempo durante 6segundos.

Si se desactivan las señalesacústicas, siguenfuncionando cuando elaparato presenta una avería.

8.2 Bloqueo de seguridad paraniños Con esta opción puede evitar que losniños jueguen con el panel de control.

• Para activar/desactivar esta opción,pulse Ahorra Tiempo y Aclarado Extraal mismo tiempo hasta que se

ilumine/apague el indicador .Puede activar esta opción:

• Antes de pulsar Start/Pausa: sebloquean las opciones y el selectorde programas.

• Antes de pulsar Start/Pausa: elaparato no se puede iniciar.

9. ANTES DEL PRIMER USO1. Ponga 2 l de agua en el

compartimento de detergente parala fase de lavado.

Así se activa el sistema de desagüe.2. Ponga una pequeña cantidad de

detergente en el compartimentopara la fase de lavado.

3. Ajuste e inicie un programa paraalgodón a la temperatura más altasin colada.

De esta forma se elimina toda la posiblesuciedad del tambor y de la cuba.

10. USO DIARIO

10.1 Cargar la colada1. Abra la puerta del aparato2. Introduzca las prendas en el tambor,

una por una.

3. Sacuda las prendas antes decolocarlas en el aparato.

Asegúrese de no colocar demasiadacolada en el tambor.4. Cierre bien la puerta.

10.2 Introducción deldetergente y los aditivos

10.3 Ajuste de un programaGire el selector de programas hastadejarlo en el programa deseado.

El selector de programas determina eltipo de ciclo de lavado (por ejemplo,nivel de agua, movimiento del tambor,número de aclarados) y la temperaturade lavado en función del tipo de colada.

El indicador de la tecla Start/Pausaempieza a parpadear.

El selector de programas puede girarsehacia la derecha y hacia la izquierda.

Off = Reinicio del programa o apagadodel aparato

Si gira el selector hasta otroprograma mientras elaparato está funcionando, elindicador amarillo de la teclaStart/Pausa parpadeará 3veces. La pantalla muestra elmensaje Err para indicar unaselección incorrecta. Elaparato no pondrá enmarcha el nuevo programaseleccionado.

10.4 Inicio del programaPulse la tecla Start/Pausa para iniciar elprograma. El indicador rojocorrespondiente dejará de parpadear.

El indicador Lavado se enciende paraindicar que el aparato se pone enmarcha.

El indicador Secado se enciende paraindicar que la puerta está bloqueada.

Si ha seleccionado un intervalo de iniciodiferido con la tecla Inicio Diferido, elaparato comenzará la cuenta atrás.

Si se selecciona una opción incorrecta, elindicador amarillo de la tecla Start/Pausaparpadea 3 veces. La pantalla muestra elmensaje Err durante unos segundos.

10.5 Inicio de un programacon el inicio diferidoAjuste esta opción después de elegir elprograma y antes de pulsar la tecla Start/Pausa.Antes de iniciar el programa, sidesea retrasar el inicio del programa,

El símbolo aparece en la pantalla.Puede retrasar el programa de lavado 30- 60 - 90 minutos, 2 horas y, acontinuación, en segmentos de 1 horahasta un máximo de 20 horas.

El valor del intervalo de retrasoseleccionado se muestra en la pantalladurante unos 3 segundos; acontinuación, se visualiza de nuevo laduración del programa.

Es posible cancelar o modificar el tiempode retardo en cualquier momento antespulsar la tecla Start/Pausa.

La puerta permanecerá bloqueada eltiempo que dure el inicio diferido. Sidesea añadir prendas al aparato duranteel intervalo de retraso, pulse el botónStart/Pausa para realizar una pausa en elaparato. La puerta sólo se puede abrircuando el indicador Puerta bloqueada seapaga. Introduzca la ropa, cierre lapuerta y vuelva a pulsar la tecla Start/Pausa.

10.6 Cambio de una opción ode un programa en marchaEs posible cambiar cualquier opciónantes de que el programa la ejecute.Antes de realizar cambios, es necesariopulsar la tecla Start/Pausa para poner elaparato en pausa.

El cambio de un programa en marchasólo puede realizarse reajustándolo.

Gire el selector de programas hasta Offy, seguidamente, hasta la posición delnuevo programa.

Vuelva a pulsar la tecla Start/Pausa parainiciar el nuevo programa. El agua delavado de la cuba no se vaciará.

10.7 Interrupción de unprogramaPulse la tecla Start/Pausa parainterrumpir el programa en marcha; elindicador correspondiente empieza aparpadear. Vuelva a pulsar la tecla Start/Pausa para reiniciar el programa.

10.8 Cancelación de unprograma en cursoGire el selector de programas hasta Offpara cancelar un programa una vez queestá en marcha. Después puedeseleccionar otro programa.

Antes de empezar un nuevoprograma, el aparato podríadrenar el agua. En este caso,asegúrese de que quedadetergente en elcompartimento, de locontrario, rellénelo.

10.9 Apertura de la puertaLa puerta está bloqueada mientras elaparato está funcionando o con el iniciodiferido activado.

Si necesita abrirla por cualquier motivo,pulse primeramente la tecla Start/Pausapara poner la máquina en pausa.

Si el indicador Puerta bloqueada seapaga tras unos minutos, puede abrir lapuerta.

Si el indicador Puerta bloqueada sigueencendido y la puerta permanecebloqueada, el aparato ya está en fase decalentamiento o el nivel de agua esdemasiado alto. En este caso no sepuede abrir la puerta.

Si no puede abrir la puerta pero esindispensable hacerlo, gire el selector deprogramas hasta la posición Off paraapagar el aparato. La puerta podráabrirse pasados unos minutos (presteatención al nivel del agua y a latemperatura).

Cuando cierre la puerta, tendrá quevolver a ajustar el programa y lasopciones. Pulse la tecla Start/Pausa parainiciar de nuevo el programa.

10.10 Al finalizar el programaEl aparato se para automáticamente. Elindicador de la tecla Start/Pausa, y losindicadores Lavado y Puerta bloqueada

se apagan. En la pantalla parece un intermitente.

Si se ha seleccionado un programa uopción que finaliza dejando agua en lacuba, el indicador Puerta bloqueadapermanecerá encendido. La puerta estábloqueada. Es necesario vaciar el aguaantes de abrir la puerta. Durante esteperiodo de tiempo, el tambor sigue

girando a intervalos regulares hasta quese drena el agua.

Siga las instrucciones que se indican acontinuación para vaciar el agua:

• Gire el selector de programas hastaOff.

• Seleccione el programa DESCARGA oCENTRIFUGADO.

• Si es necesario, reduzca la velocidadde centrifugado.

• Pulse la tecla Start/Pausa.• Cuando el programa finaliza, en la

pantalla aparece un intermitente. Elindicador Puerta bloqueada se apaga.Se puede abrir la puerta.

Gire el selector de programas hasta Offpara apagar el aparato.

Retire las prendas del tambor ycerciórese de que el tambor quedavacío. Si no va a realizar otro lavado,cierre la llave de paso. Deje la puertaabierta para evitar la aparición de mohoy olores desagradables.

10.11 EsperaTras terminarse el programa ytrascurridos algunos minutos, se habilitael sistema de ahorro energético. El brillode la pantalla disminuye. Presionecualquier tecla para desactivar el sistemade ahorro de energía del aparato.

11. USO DIARIO - SOLO SECADO

11.1 Ajuste de secado

La carga máximarecomendada es de 3 kgpara tejidos de algodón ylino y de 2 kg para sintéticos.También puede secar hasta4 kg de tejidos de algodón(consulte la tabla «Programade secado»).

• Puesto que el aparato tambiéncalcula la duración de las fasesantiarrugas y de enfriamiento, laduración del programa seincrementa automáticamente enalgunos minutos.

2. Pulse la tecla Start/Pausa para iniciarel programa.• La pantalla va mostrando

periódicamente un nuevo valorde tiempo.

Si ajusta sólo 10 minutos desecado, el aparato sóloejecuta una fase deenfriamiento.

• Suenan las señales acústicas, si estánactivadas.

apaga.• En los últimos minutos del ciclo de

secado, el aparato realiza una fase deenfriamiento y antiarrugas. La puertasigue bloqueada. La pantalla muestra

intermitente.Cuando el indicador de bloqueo de la

puerta desaparece, puede abrirla.

1. Pulse la tecla Tiempo de secado paraajustar el tiempo de secado.

Tras unos segundos, la pantalla muestrael valor final de tiempo; se trata de laduración total de los ciclos de lavado ysecado (lavado + secado + antiarrugas +enfriamiento).

Si ajusta solo 10 minutos desecado tras el lavado, elaparato también calcula laduración de las fasesantiarrugas y deenfriamiento.

2. Pulse la tecla Start/Pausa para iniciarel programa.

Se enciende el indicador . La puertaestá bloqueada. La pantalla vamostrando periódicamente un nuevovalor de tiempo.

12.3 Final del programaEl aparato se para automáticamente.Suenan las señales acústicas, si estánactivadas.

Este inconveniente aumenta con lostejidos técnicos.

Para evitar las pelusas en la colada, lerecomendamos:

• No lavar tejidos oscuros tras haberlavado y secado tejidos claros (toallas,sudaderas) y viceversa.

• Secar al aire este tipo de tejidos laprimera vez que los lave.

• Para limpiar el filtro de desagüe.• Después de la fase de secado, limpie

el tambor vacío, la junta y la puertacon un paño húmedo.

13.1 Introducir colada• Divida la colada en: ropa blanca, ropa

de color, ropa sintética, prendasdelicadas y prendas de lana.

• No lave juntas las prendas blancas yde color.

• Algunas prendas de color puedendesteñir en el primer lavado. Serecomienda lavarlas por separado laprimera vez.

manchas difíciles.• Tenga cuidado con las cortinas. Quite

los ganchos o coloque las cortinas enuna bolsa para lavadora o funda dealmohada.

• No lave en el aparato prendas sindobladillos o desgarradas. Use unabolsa para lavadora para lavar lasprendas pequeñas y delicadas (p. ej.,sujetadores con aros, cinturones,medias, etc.).

• Una carga muy pequeña puedeprovocar problemas de desequilibrioen la fase de centrifugado. Si estoocurre, ajuste manualmente lasprendas en la cuba e inicie de nuevola fase de centrifugado.

13.2 Manchas difícilesPara algunas manchas, el agua y eldetergente no son suficientes.

Se recomienda eliminar estas manchasantes de colocar las prendas en elaparato.

Existen quitamanchas especiales. Utiliceel quitamanchas especial adecuado altipo de mancha y tejido.

13.3 Detergentes y aditivos• Utilice solo detergentes y aditivos

especialmente fabricados paralavadoras:– detergente en polvo para todo

tipo de prendas,– detergente en polvo para

prendas delicadas (40 °C máx.) ylana,

– detergente líquido para todo tipode tejidos o especial para lana,preferiblemente para programasde lavado a baja temperatura (60°C máx.).

• No mezcle diferentes tipos dedetergentes.

• Para respetar el medio ambiente, noponga más detergente del necesario.

• Siga siempre las instrucciones que seencuentran en el envase de estosproductos.

• Use los productos adecuados para eltipo y color del tejido, la temperaturadel programa y el grado de suciedad.

• Si el aparato no tiene el dosificadorde detergente con dispositivo decompuerta, añada los detergenteslíquidos con una bola dosificadora(suministrada por el fabricante deldetergente).

13.4 Consejos ecológicos• Ajuste un programa sin la fase de

prelavado para lavar ropa consuciedad normal.

• Empiece siempre un programa delavado con la carga de coladamáxima.

• Si fuera necesario, utilice unquitamanchas cuando ajuste unprograma a baja temperatura.

• Para utilizar la cantidad correcta dedetergente, compruebe la dureza delagua de su sistema doméstico

13.5 Dureza del aguaSi la dureza del agua de su zona es alta omoderada, se recomienda usar undescalcificador de agua para lavadoras.En las zonas en las que la dureza delagua sea baja, no es necesario utilizar undescalcificador.

Póngase en comunicación con lasautoridades correspondientes paraconocer la dureza del agua de su zona.

Utilice la cantidad correcta dedescalcificador. Siga las instruccionesque encontrará en el envase delproducto.

13.9 Duración del ciclo desecadoEl tiempo de secado puede variardependiendo de:

• la velocidad del último centrifugado• el nivel de secado• el tipo de prenda• el peso de las prendas que se han

cargado en la máquina

13.10 Secado adicionalSi las prendas siguen húmedas al finaldel programa, vuelva a seleccionar unciclo de secado corto.

14.6 Limpieza del filtro de desagüe

La bomba debe inspeccionarse con regularidad, especialmente en caso de que:• El aparato no desagüe o centrifugue.• El aparato presente un ruido extraño durante la descarga por la presencia de objetos

tales como imperdibles, monedas, etc., que obstruyen la bomba.• Se detecte un problema con el desagüe del agua (consulte el capítulo “Solución de

problemas” para obtener más información).

ADVERTENCIA!Antes de desatornillar la tapa de la bomba, apague el aparato ydesenchúfelo de la toma de corriente.

Para limpiar el filtro de desagüe:

Las prendas que lavó en el ciclo anterior dejaron pelusas de uncolor diferente.• Limpie las prendas con un quitapelusas• La fase de secado ayuda a eliminar algo de pelusa.En caso de que haya una cantidad excesiva de pelusa en eltambor, consulte el apartado “PELUSA EN LAS PRENDAS”.• Limpie a fondo el tambor vacío, la junta y la puerta con un

paño húmedo.• Realice un ciclo de aclarado.• Coloque un paño de lana o terciopelo en el interior del

tambor.• Realice un ciclo de secado de 10 minutos.• Saque el paño de lana.

Ahora ya puede lavar otras prendas.

Una vez finalizada la revisión, conecte elaparato. El programa continuará a partirdel punto en que se haya interrumpido.

Si el problema se vuelve a producir,póngase en contacto con el Centro deservicio técnico.

Si la pantalla muestra otros códigos dealarma. Encienda y apague el aparato. Siel problema persiste, póngase encontacto con el servicio técnico.

16. INSTALACIÓN

16.1 Desembalaje

ADVERTENCIA!Retire todo el embalaje y los pasadores de transporte antes de instalar elaparato.

Utilice los guantes. Retire la película externa.Si es necesario, utilice un cúter.

Retire la cubierta de cartón. Retire losmateriales del embalaje de poliestireno.

Retire la película interna.

Abra la puerta. Retire la pieza de poliestirenode la junta de la puerta y todos los elementosdel tambor.

Extienda uno de los materiales de embalajede poliestireno en el suelo detrás delaparato. Baje con cuidado el aparato sobre ellado posterior. Tenga cuidado para no dañarlos tubos.

Retire la protección de poliestireno de labase. Levante el aparato hasta la posiciónvertical.

Extraiga el bloque de poliestireno fijado en lajunta de estanqueidad de la puerta (en sucaso). Saque todos los elementos del tambor.

Retire el cable de alimentación y el tubo dedesagüe de los soportes de los tubos.

Suelte los tres pernos. Utilice la llavesuministrada con el aparato. Extraiga losseparadores de plástico.

Coloque los tapones de plástico en losorificios. Encontrará los tapones en la bolsadel manual de instrucciones.

Se recomienda guardar el embalaje y los pasadores de transporte paracualquier movimiento del aparato.

16.2 Colocación y nivelado

• Instale el aparato en el suelo sobre unasuperficie plana y rígida.

• Asegúrese de que el aire circulacorrectamente alrededor del aparatoaunque haya moqueta, alfombras, etc.

• Nivele el aparato subiendo o bajando laspatas.

• Puede que resulte difícil ajustar las patas,ya que incorporan una tuerca deseguridad, pero DEBEN estar niveladas yestables. Si es necesario, compruebe elajuste con un nivel de burbuja. Los ajustesnecesarios pueden realizarse con unallave. Un nivelado correcto evita lasvibraciones, el ruido y el desplazamientodel aparato durante el funcionamiento.

• Apriete las tuercas de seguridad cuandohaya terminado de nivelar el aparato.

ADVERTENCIA!No coloque cartón, madera ni otros materiales similares bajo el aparatopara compensar los desniveles del suelo.

16.3 El tubo de entrada

• Conecte el tubo a la parte trasera delaparato. Gire el tubo de entrada solo a laderecha o a la izquierda.

• Suelte la tuerca anular para ajustarla en laposición correcta.

• Conecte el tubo de entrada de agua fría auna toma de agua fría con rosca de 3/4.

PRECAUCIÓN!Asegúrese de que no hayafugas de los acoplamientos.

No utilice ningún tubo de extensión si el tubo de entrada es demasiadocorto. Póngase en contacto con el servicio técnico para cambiar el tubo.

Desagüe

Hay distintos procedimientos para conectar el tubo de desagüe:

• Formando una U con el tubo de desagüe.

En el borde de un fregadero• Asegúrese de que la guía de plástico no

se mueva cuando el aparato desagua.Acople la guía al grifo de agua o a lapared.

A un tubo vertical con orificio deventilación• Directamente en un tubo de desagüe a

una altura mínima de 60 cm (23,6”) ymáxima de 100 cm (39,3”). Consulte lailustración.

• El extremo del tubo de descarga siempredebe estar ventilado; es decir, el diámetrointerno del tubo de desagüe (mín. 38 mm- mín. 1,5”) debe ser mayor que eldiámetro externo del tubo.

integrado en la pared de la habitación yapretando con una brida.

Puede extender el tubo de desagüe hasta un máximo de 400 cm.Póngase en contacto con el servicio técnico para el otro tubo de desagüey la extensión.

16.4 Dispositivo antifuga

El tubo de entrada tiene un dispositivoantifuga. Este dispositivo evita las fugas deagua del tubo por el desgaste normal.El sector rojo de la ventana «A» muestra estefallo.Si esto ocurre, cierre el grifo de agua ypóngase en contacto con el servicio técnicopara cambiar el tubo.

BisagrasPara poner las bisagras es preciso taladrardos orificios (diámetro de 35 mm, fondo 12,5- 14 mm dependiendo del fondo del mueble)por el lado interno de la puerta.La distancia entre centros de ambos orificiosdebe ser de 416 mm. La distancia entre elborde superior de la puerta y el centro delorificio depende de las medidas del muebleadyacente.Las bisagras se fijan a la puerta con lostornillos para madera 1 y 2 que sesuministran con el aparato.

Fije las bisagras al aparato con los tornillosM5x15.Las bisagras se pueden ajustar paracompensar cualquier posible variación degrosor de la puerta.Para alinear bien la puerta es preciso aflojarel tornillo, ajustar la puerta y apretar denuevo el tornillo A.
