Outstanding Features of LAURA Boilers(Combi boilers with instant DHW production)

In addition to state-of-the-art electronics technology, inherent in allRoca wall-mounted boilers, the LAURA model incorporates not one ortwo, but three ground-breaking devices whose objective is to achieveperfection: The ATACSS system, the just-in-time, and thehydroplus system.

ATACSS System (Temperature Assurance of Domestic Hot WaterSelected)

It consists of a simple system by which the boiler allows passage ofthe water volume that permits assuring that the boiler will be capableof heating to the selected temperature.The LAURA boiler is continuously self-adjusting by means of athermostatic cartridge and a pressure regulator according to themains water temperature and supplies the service temperatureseleccted with the maximum flow of Hot Water.

Just-in-time system for recognition of flow rate fluctuations.

The LAURA boiler, real standard of technological innovation,incorporates a small turbine located at the mains water inlet, whichcan sense the slightest variation in flow rate and send a signal to themicroprocessor for matching the boiler output to the new condition.The outcome: No water temperature fluctuation is perceived and thusno boiler self-adjustment can be expected.

Hydroplus System

In order to definitely eradicate the uncomfortable feeling of DomesticHot Water temperature changes when not being used in a continuousway (a tap is closed, it is opened again soon after, etc.) the LAURAboiler incorporates a buffer tank, that is, a 1.5-litre fully insulatedsmall copper storage tank, which is capable of equalising thetemperature of Domestic Hot Water so that it can be used withoutsudden frights or inconveniences which are out of place in thiscentury.
