This is a manifesto I stumbled across online while having a look for the membership list of local latin kings. latin kings filled up a once nice neighborhood and turned it into a dump. They are accompanited by members of the tampa police dept hillsborough county sheriffs office tampa fire rescue and paramedics and carnival workers, among others. These are not nice people. They stalk and harass and threaten others. They are no more or less than gangsters and they apparently operate under the umbrella of protection afforded by all of the above named entities. Making life onerous for those on the outside of their imaginary royalty.
