Step 2Click TeXworks and open a new file. Then copy-paste the following code blocks:
a) Now create a folder named “LaTeX” and create a subdirectory named “first document”.
b) Now save the sources from “Step 2” and save as “hello.tex” under “first document” folder.

Download LaTeX template from IEEE

Using IEEE LaTeX template
a) Create IEEEtran directory
b) Download the latex file IEEEtran2.tar.gz from IEEE site and extract
c) Create a subdirectory named “bibtex”
d) Download the bibtex file IEEEtranBST1.tar.gz from the same IEEE site to this directory and extract
