President Rufus Morris and CEO Law Cunningham’s goal is to create expansion opportunities for manufacturers in possession of reliable and commercially viable product lines. Most of us are aware that a stigma has been placed on companies that distribute products and compensate their distributors using a Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) model. How others may or may not have chosen to utilize Multilevel marketing and compensation in the past is of no consequence to our Mission Statement and Goals. LaRu’ G.D.N....

Offers an inexpensive registration fee of $35.00 which includes a replicated brand website featuring back end software that processes and tracks payments, orders, and commissions. The registration fee also includes product samples, one full color product catalogue, and training materials. This leaves our company with zero margin to profit from registration fees.

We’ve eliminated the obligation placed upon Independent Product Distributors to purchase and then resell products. Though the option is available for those who can afford to, and wish to achieve higher profit margins from their sales efforts.

We also offer comprehensive training programs that cover LaRu’ G.D.N., the brands and products it distributes, and the ongoing development of our Product Distributor’s managerial and entrepreneurial skill sets.

We rely upon this strategy to prove that the products we distribute can stand on their own. As we continue to innovate opportunities for existing LaRu’ Product Distributors, we have dedicated equal attention to ensuring that future Product Distributors who register into our system will have equal, and even more opportunities to become successful by obliterating practices where those at the top “feed” off of the hard work of newer members. Releases of new Beauty and Entertainment products and brands on a quarterly basis, and the continuation of affordable entry fees will contribute to that premise.

At LaRu’ G.D.N., we regard each Independent Product Distributor as retail, promotions, networking and talent procurement commodities whom are essential to our global expansion objectives. Product Distributors may also chose the particular product lines or brands to suit their individual tastes. Not only are LaRu’ Product Distributers able to generate income in accordance with our Multilevel compensation plan (where they are compensated by the combination of the individual sales that they themselves generate, along with percentages of the sales of other Product Distributors whom they have personally On-boarded into their Downlines) which can be as lucrative as their own work ethic allows, but we also grant access to other revenue streams, such as the potential ownership of LaRu’ branded or LaRu’ distributed franchises or the promotion of LaRu’ branded Expos.

Lastly, as we collectively keep our ears to the pulse of society and trend, LaRu’ Independent Product Distributors will be compensated for the discovery of new vendors, talent and products that are approved and entered into our distribution system. With so many avenues to create income, the possibilities are endless.

Compensation Plan In order to maximize the potential income that can be earned by a LaRu’ Product Distributor we have chosen to combine traditional commission payments with multilevel percentages of sales generated by other Product Distributors who are On-boarded by the original Product Distributor into his or her direct Downline. These collective percentages will be combined for 8 Levels. The first level (which includes the original Product distributor) and 7 additional Levels, with and unlimited amount of people who can be included in any of the 7 additional Levels (Unlimited width).

Distribution Sales Channels Upon coordination and completion of brand marketing strategies, release dates, and product knowledge training for all applicable LaRu’ Product Distributors, products and services will be distributed through these 7 LaRu’ G.D.N. Sales Channels. Here, in conjunction with the Marketing Department, is where LaRu’ G.D.N. actually contributes to the expansion of each brand’s reach and brand recognition. This diversity also gives LaRu’ Independent Product Distributors an unprecedented amount of revenue streams for their businesses.

Conventions LaRu’ Product Distributors will register, attend, and participate in 3rd Party conventions, events and tradeshows. The conventions channel monitors the scheduling and scope of such conventions; then forwards all applicable information to Product Distributors who then have the option to register for events at their own expense. Registration and attendance in 3rd Party Conventions would benefit a Product Distributer by providing an outlet for networking, generating wholesale orders, and the possibility of recruiting new LaRu’ Product Distributors into their Downlines. Product Distributors will also be trained regarding the processes and compensation regarding any relationship struck between the LaRu’ G.D.N. Corporate Office and any 3rd Party as a result of a Product Distributor’s attendance in such a convention.

Expos Expos are designed exclusively to be utilized by licensed LaRu’ Product Distributors who are granted the option to rent qualified venues for the purpose of featuring LaRu’ distributed products and inviting larger groups of potential Product Distributors to see and hear more about our company. Any Product Distributor who hosts a LaRu’ Expo may charge other Product Distributors a fee for the rental of booths according to LaRu’ policy, and participate in multiple means of generating revenue to offset the cost of the event. However, as detailed in the LaRu’ Expo Training Module, no Product Distributor may charge any Product Distributor a door fee.

Fundraisers LaRu’ G.D.N fundraisers are one of the means by which we distribute particular products, while offering a service to local community organizations. LaRu’ G.D.N. fundraisers are tailored to benefit small and large for-profit and nonprofit organizations such as sports teams, schools, day cares, clubs as well as churches. Upon compliance, LaRu’ G.D.N. grants these organizations full access to the particular product line that the organization deems suitable for their organization. During the Fundraiser, LaRu’ will give each organization a replicated website similar to those given to licensed LaRu’ Product distributors. Afterwards the organizations give employees, members and supporters access to the replicated site’s URL link. This allows the organization to fully maximize their fundraising efforts. Like LaRu’ Product Distributors, during the time of their fundraisers, organization administrators can access the Back Offices of their replicated websites and track all sales transactions that transpire throughout the Fundraiser.

Franchising Upon complying with state and federal regulations regarding franchising, trained and licensed LaRu’ Product Distributors will begin offering ownership of franchises associated with any applicable LaRu’ G.D.N Vendor. After establishing initial interest, Product Distributors will continue to participate in the process in conjunction with the LaRu’ G.D.N. Corporate Office. In addition to contributing to the sales of franchises, LaRu’ Product Distributors will also be granted discounted opportunities to purchase franchises as well.

Home Presentations In Home Presentations will be hosted and/or coordinated by Licensed LaRu’ Product Distributors. Product distributors will use these intimate venues to introduce and organize the sales of LaRu’ distributed products while recruiting new Product Distributors. Product Distributors can either sell products online or purchase products wholesale to have products available for impulse consumers.

Retail Ambitious entrepreneurs can quickly increase their monthly income, and accelerate the growth of their businesses by enrolling in LaRu’ G.D.N.’s Retail Sales Channel. This channel arranges for the wholesale distribution of LaRu’ Distributed Products to retailers utilizing LaRu’ Product Distributors, who are trained to establish relationships with retail representatives and decision makers However, though sales derived through this division do count towards your minimum monthly requirement of 5 units, sales from this channel are not commissioned in Product Distributor’s Downlines.

Social Media Like the other sales channels, representatives from the social media department reach out to all new Product Distributors. Upon being On-boarded Product Distributors will be guided in the process of ensuring that they are registered with various Social Media platforms; such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Linkedin. After this initial step, each Product Distributor’s replicated website link will be uploaded to each Social Media Platform.

Additional Revenue Opportunities

Sales Bonuses A monthly series of cash Sales bonuses will be announced as a reward for Product Distributors who produce on high levels or exceed expectations. The amount and scope of these cash bonuses may vary from month to month and will be offered at the sole discretion of the LaRu’ G.D.N. Corporate office in conjunction our clients.

On-board Bonuses Though there must always will be an emphasis placed upon the sales of all products distributed by LaRu’ G.D.N., there will be bonuses offered in certain situations for On-boarding quality Product Distributors into their Downlines. Our current monthly bonus for On-boarding is $10 per newly On-boarded Product Distributor.

LaRu’ Ranks Effective 2015, a series of ranking titles will become available for Product Distributors who achieve certain criteria, beginning with the title of Executive Recruiter, where a distributor receives a higher percentage for all individual sales and Downline commissions. These Executive Recruiters then become eligible for Regional recruitment positions as well as ownership of LaRu’ distributed and client branded Franchises.

*In all cases Executive Recruiters must still adhere to all Sales and On-board minimums.

Higher Profit Margins One primary LaRu’ G.D.N. goal is to offer LaRu’ Independent Product Distributors potentially lucrative business opportunities where they are relieved of obligations pertaining to the purchase and warehousing of inventory, payment gateways, marketing costs, search engine optimization, web development, and training. They have complete access to any of the diverse Product or Service lines distributed by LaRu’ G.D.N. without being obligated to purchase and then resell them. Our business model offers these individuals the opportunity to own their own businesses that have the potential to accrue significant income over time, which would then allow them the choice of investing in other ventures outside of LaRu’ G.D.N. when and if ever they choose to do so. However, for any individuals who are experienced or have interest in wholesale/resell ventures, preferring to have products on hand, available for impulse shoppers, there is also the option of joining the Morris Code Beauty Company wholesale program. For more information regarding this opportunity, LaRu’ Product Distributors can inquire on their replicated Morris Code branded websites.

Maintaining your Downline Each Product Distributor must maintain a minimum sales quota of 5 units per month, with a dollar equivalent of $45.00 while also adhering to any policies and procedures regarding LaRu’ Product Distributors. Fulfilling this criteria will allow Product Distributors to be eligible for certain bonus, and promotions in rank that may become available at any given time. Any Product Distributor who generates less than 3 sales, or the $45 equivalent in in a particular month will not receive a commission payment for the month, and will loose access to the back office of his or her replicated website. However, these Product Distributors will remain in the system, and maintain their Downlines. In the event that a Product Distributor generates zero sales for a period of three consecutive months, he or she may not continue on as a LaRu’ Product Distributor, and will be removed from the system.

Vacations and Emergency Situations In the event that a Product Distributor chooses to go on an extended vacation, or has a family or health emergency requiring inactivity for a period of one month or more, this Product Distributor may email a request letter for leave to [email protected]

Maintaining your Downline continued… The Product Distributor will receive a return email detailing each step of the Leave Process. Once approved by the Director of Distribution & Expansion, the Product Distributor will remain the system, maintain his or her Downline, and continue to receive monthly commission disbursements according to schedule.

Besides the services offered to small business manufacturers, we also emphasize the empowerment of individual entrepreneurs. Your investment of $35.00 gives you access to samples, a commission, real-time genealogy tracking software, the use of marketing tools and templates, and a gateway that accepts all payment methods.

You will be your own business You have access to sell a variety of Beauty and Entertainment products and, if necessary, the choice of particular brands that you prefer to concentrate on. Those whom you On-board into the system have the same options as well (i.e. two people in your Downline may choose to sell Morris Code Brand Products while two other people might choose to sell PGK or Nineveh Products, while another person chooses to sell all LaRu’ distributed products). Meanwhile, the LaRu’ G.D.N. Corporate Office will oversee the distribution in each territory, which wards off the possibility of over saturation in a particular locale. This means that you and you neighbor won’t be owning LaRu’ Distribution Support Centers or Retail franchises affiliated with LaRu’ G.D.N in the same locale. Also, you do not have to worry about tracking and inventory issues; our client’s will insure that all shipping of merchandise is done in timely fashion.

In the event that a Product Distributor discovers and then brokers an agreement between LaRu’ G.D.N. and any company, creator, performer or artist, that Product Distributor will receive a bonus and a possible percentage of sales from goods distributed by LaRu’ G.D.N.
