File Requirements: For a standard imprint, we need a digital file that is solid black and white with no gradients and all lines and type larger than 1 point. Illustrator AI files, Vector PDFs, or EPS files with fonts outlined are preferred. JPG files can be accepted if they are a resolution of at least 300 DPI (dots per inch) and at least 4” across. A color-separated vector file will be needed for multiple color imprints (available on select planners). Please email your file to [email protected] Accepted File Types: Illustrator AI, Illustrator PDF, Illustrator EPS. Non-vector PDF or JPG only if 300 DPI and at least 4 inches across. Time Frame: The whole process for a new logo can take up to 6 weeks. Once we receive usable artwork, we will send you an approval form that you must sign and return verifying that the artwork shown on the form is exactly as you want it to appear, and then the imprint process will begin.
