We work in theatre, writing, arts, retail and teaching. We are relaxed, friendly, have friends over very sporadically, host the occasional read through and drawing event in our space. We are both in and out a lot with our various projects.

Our 2 bedroom flat is near Canary Wharf, a good distance from town i. e. 40 mins with good DLR, Tube and bus links. Double sofa bed, shelving, desk, chair included (can be moved if needed) and use of shared spaces i. e. kitchen, bathroom, lounge, balcony space.

Available from 1 August 2015 for short to medium term lets. Couples considered.

Happy to offer Monday to Friday letting - our current lodger has had this option.

Single occupancy £650 per month all inclusive - fast broadband/wifi, CT, gas / electric / h20 bill / cleaner / cleaning products etc.

For couples £750 per month all inclusive - fast broadband/wifi, CT, gas / electric / h20 bill / cleaner / cleaning products etc.

Deposit £650 – refundable at the end of the rental period, with the room/furniture/shared areas/items/paint work returned to as is on moving in.
