This notice is being provided to you pursuant to RSA 80:89 as notification that the City of Claremont (the "City") intends to sell the real estate (hereafter "the property") located at Tax Map 120, Lot 206. On May l 0, 2017, the Claremont City Council authorized the sale of property acquired by Tax Collector's Deed. This property was subsequently acquired by the City pursuant to a Tax Collector' s Deed dated August 26, 2019, which was recorded in the Sullivan County Registry of Deeds at Book 2080, Page 595 on August 26, 2019. A copy ofthis deed is enclosed for your convenience.
You are listed as the former owner of the property.
In accordance with RSA 80:89(!), you, as the former owner of the property, have the right to repurchase the property prior to the City disposing of the property by sealed bid or public auction. This notice is being provided to you pursuant to RSA 80:89 as notification that the City of Claremont (the "City") intends to sell the real estate (hereafter "the property") located at Tax Map 120, Lot 206. On May 10, 2017, the Claremont City Council authorized the sale of property acquired by Tax Collector's Deed. This property was subsequently acquired by the City pursuant to a Tax Collector's Deed dated August 26, 2019, which was recorded in the Sullivan County Registry of Deeds at Book 2080, Page 595 on August 26, 2019. A copy of this deed is enclosed for your convenience.
You are listed as the former owner of the property.
In accordance with RSA 80:89(1), you, as the former owner of the property, have the right to repurchase the property prior to the City disposing of the property by sealed bid or public auction.
