What makes us special

Having lived in Italy for over 20 years, the family behind L’Osteria have enjoyed bringing the rich Italian culture to Melbourne since 1986.

The warm atmosphere of the restaurant has reflected in the desire of clients to host their intimate family and company functions at L’Osteria in recent years. Additionally, we cater for functions at external venues for up to 400 people. These range from renowned wedding venues such as Moonlight Receptions to the new year function of the local church.

If you are the host of a function whether it be 10 people or 400, get in touch with us so we can tailor a package to your specific needs.

Although we have extensive experience with the above list, we have also held various other functions such as wedding receptions and sports presentation nights.

Flexible Arrangements We are able to accommodate up to 90 guests at the restaurant. You can choose to book out the entire venue or have a portion of the restaurant to yourself. We understand that it can be hard organising gatherings so we are happy for you to confirm the finer details of the booking closer to the day. We personally decorate each function table with the appropriate table settings but can also accommodate any additional decorations such as balloons and flowers.
