Z1 Sublimation printing

Sublimation printing is a printing technique that uses the phenomenon of sublimation. Print (CMYK) is made with special ink on transfer paper and then, under a high pressure and temperature, it is transmitted to the object coated with varnish polyester. Each type of printing requires a setting of pressure, temperature and time. For example, for printing on aluminum gadgets via press using thermal transfer pressure 5000 Pa at a temperature of 195 ° C for about 40 seconds.

Printing is very soft and pleasure in touch, perceptible under the �nger. Flock thickness: 5 mm Recommended to be used for simple projects. 24 colors available for logo �ock imprint.

Z3 Flock printing

Z2 Silk printing

The method of transfer printing (silk printing) allows precise mapping of characters up to 1-4 colored graphics in terms of maintaining all the details and 100% depth of color. Thanks to modern technology, we performed imprint characterized by high quality and durability.

Z4 Re�ective printing

Used in combination with the silk printing technique, involves applying re�ective paint layer on the logo. The technique is applicable to projects containing smaller amount of colors. For the best e�ect up to 1-3 colors is recommended.

Z5 Fluorescent printing

Printing a slightly noticeable under the �nger as it allows very precise mapping of artworks containing small details. Thanks to its properties after printing exposure to light shines in the darkness.

Z8 Embossing

The embossing operation is accomplished with a combination of heat and pressure on a material (plastics, leather, etc.) making the desired pattern look three-dimensional. It is considered as one of the more noble methods of branding.

Z7 Engraving

Technique consists of applying a design on the surface of the object with a laser. Laser engraving can be placed on objects made of di�erent kinds of materials, such as metals, ceramics, glass, plexi glass, polyethylene, silicone, leather, rubber, wood, and many others.

Golden or silver like color, soft in touch printing e�ect. Perceptible under the �nger. Recommended to be used in simple, but extraordinary projects. Can be combined with max 2 other printing colors
