How to obtain a Link Warranty certificate online

1. Visit www.nexans.co.uk/LANsystems

2. Follow the warranty links to the Link Warranty page.

3. Click the ‘Create your Link Certificate’ box.

4. If you are a first time user you will be asked to register. Login if you are already registered on the Nexans website.

5. Fully complete the installation details and confirm validation of the test results. A pdf certificate will be generated for you to save and print.

Nexans provide a versatile choice of warranty options to cover all needs.

Self Certified Link Warranty

Ideal for day-to-day standard Cat 5e or Cat 6 installations using either LANmark or essential products, this simple certification is available to all installers via an instant online download. It’s easy - see page opposite.

Certified System Warranty

For larger projects or higher performance installations, the full system warranty provides comprehensive cover including parts, applications and labour when installed by a trained Certified Solution Partner (CSP).

Installer Programmes TrainingNexans provide two levels of installer programme.

Registered Installer (RI)

This is available to all applicants and enables installers to provide the online Link Warranty. Installers are registered with Nexans but as there is no mandatory training required, the installer is not ‘approved’ by Nexans.

Certified Solution Partner (CSP)

CSP’s are fully approved by Nexans and are qualified to offer the full Certified Solution Warranty. Applicants are evaluated and required to pass mandatory training and meet contractual obligations before approval is awarded.

Nexans standard UK installer training is a 1-day “Copper Supervisor” Course, and is one of the requirements necessary to become a full Certified Solutions Partner (CSP) able to offer the full Nexans Certified Solution Warranty.

Courses are usually held monthly in the training room at Nexans Basingstoke offices and run from 9am to 5pm. Lunch and refreshments are provided, along with any tools or materials required to complete the practical section of the course.Additional courses are scheduled in Ireland.
