Shelf LifeStore in a cool dry place. If properly stored in its original,unopened container, product life is 12 months from thedate of manufacture.

• Temperature range for use: 10°C to 35°C.• Do not apply to a frozen or thawing substrate.• Chip/chisel the substrate before application.• After finishing, protect the mortar from drying out by applying curing compound or any approved method of curing the concrete or dampening without soaking.• Hydraulic binders, cement, sand or admixtures must not be added.

How To UseSubstrate Preparation:• Chip or remove loose and damaged concrete and laitance using a point tool or chisel in order to obtain a clean, rough surface. • Clear out concrete around corroded rebars in order to create space for inserting the product behind and around them.• The boundaries of the surface to be repaired must be clearly defined.• The substrate must be free of all traces of grease and oil.• Brush, scrape or sandblast corroded rebars in order to remove non – adherent rust.• Dust off all surfaces to be repaired.• Damp the substrate prior to application.• If rebars are to be covered with less than 10 mm of mortar, they should be passivated using a slurry mix of LANKO 731 LANKOREP STRUCTURE PH and LANKO 751 LANKOLATEX.

Product Preparation:• For the product to be adequately mixed, machine – mix one 25 kg of LANKO 731 LANKOREP STRUCTURE PH with 4.25 litres of clean water (i.e 17%water content) for 3 minutes minimum until evenly distributed. Hand - mixing is unadvisable and might result in uneven distribution.• Workable life after mixing: approximately 45 minutes at 20°C• No water must be added during application.

• Apply a first batch of LANKO 731 LANKOREP STRUCTURE PH with a stainless steel trowel, pressing firmly to ensure bonding.• Apply additional mortar layer by layer using spatula or steel trowel, pressing firmly to obtain the desired overall thickness.• Finish the surface of the repaired surface using a stainless steel trowel or rubber float.• For large surfaces, the mortar may be applied by machine spray.
