After the years of hard and honest work wallpaper factory "VINIL" has won the

thanks to the continuous improvement of production technology, a knowledge of the market

and high quality products.

The company has the most modern technological base among wallpapers

factories of Ukraine and the CIS. High performance is achieved by implementing a closed

production cycle, in which all stages are used exclusively their own resources: a design

studio, land rollers laser engraving and preparation of vinyl mixtures and 7 modern

production lines, allowing produce more than 3 millions rolls per month, all the types of

wallpaper.

The products

The main products ofour factory are hot embossedpaper-based and non-woven wallpaper, vinyl wallpaper, wash-resistant wallpaper,vinyl wallpaper for painting, etc.:1.Vinyl wallpaper - the size of 10.05 x 0.53 (m),VNK and 05 groups. It is a vinyl, relief, profilepaper-based and non-woven wallpaper, with screen deep-printing drawing on a PVC coating.2. Wash-resistant wallpaper - the size of 10.05 x 0.53 (m), MNK group. This type of wallpaperis also a vinyl paper-based wallpaper, produced by the method of screen printing, some of deep screen printing, with a PVC coating and printed drawing. These wallpapers are very durable and wash-resistant, it issuitable to use them in a places like a kitchen, a bathroom or a hallway.3. Vinyl wallpaper for painting:  - The size of 15.00 x 0.53 (m), 18, 26, NCP, NCP groups. Wallpapersbase paper with application of PVC coatings and print pattern ofdeep screen printing.  - The size of 25.00 x 1.06, C group. It is not tined non-woven wallpaper withPVC coating and screen printed pattern. Non-woven wallpaper – is the main type of wallpaper for painting, which guarantees perfect walls surface. Also allows to paint a wall with different colors not less than 7 times.  - The size of 10.05 x 1.06, NH and DH groups. This type of non-woven wallpaper are PVC coated, tinted with ascreen printed pattern. It is the most popular type of wallpaper world practice. Very durable, have a rich assortment of designs and wide color palette.

Vinylrelief, embossed paper-based wallpaper, with the PVC coating and screen printed, deep screen printed or calendering drawing.Hot embossed relief allows to achieve durable and aesthetic surface appearance of very high quality. In addition, thesewallpaper could be used in highly loaded and with increased moisture places.  - The size of 10.05 x 1.06 (m), FST, EST, CSTgroups and VIP class. It is hot embossed non-woven wallpaper. They are not just beautiful and stylish, but veryresistant to moisture and light, save the appearance for many years.The elegant design of these groups, the beauty and aesthetic richness allows you to go to compete with international manufacturers of wallpaper industry.

QualityThe main determining factor of quality products production is the high quality raw materials used

in the manufacturing of a wallpaper: all materials are supplied by a leading European manufacturers.To verify wallpaper compliance with the factory requirements is working a testing laboratory that

is certified control the measurements of the parameters of wallpaper and raw materials by "Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Scientific and Technical Center of Standardization, Metrology and Certification".

In addition to the requirements for products, the company created the requirements for quality management (a coordinated management of the organization). As a base of these requirements is the international standard ISO 9000, which implements a "processing method".

The company has developed, implemented and certified Quality Management System in the manufacturing of wallpaper that meets the requirements of ISO 9001: 2008 andNational standard of Ukraine DSTU ISO 9001: 2009. Manufactured wallpaper now fully compliant with the the National Standard of Ukraine DSTU GOST 6810: 2004 (EN 233-89) “Wallpaper. Specifications ".       Compliance with the requirements of wallpapers is regularly confirmed by products certification in the Ukrainian state system UkrSEPRO (for compliance with the State Standard GOST 6810: 2004 (EN 233-89) and fire safety requirements of construction projects DBN V.1.1-7-2002), as well as in the Certification System GOST R of the Russian Federation (according to GOST 6810-2002, Uniformed sanitary, epidemiological and hygienic requirements for goods subject to sanitary-surveillance and technical regulations on fire safety requirements (Federal Law of 22.07.2008 № 123-FZ).       The conformity of the manufactured wallpaper for operational requirements of ZA of the European standard EN 15102: 2007 + A1: 2011 "Decorative wall coverings. Roll and panel form" confirmed by independent laboratories of the Czech Republic (Certification Body "CAB TZUS»).
