I wanted more from my university education than excellent English

proficiency, and the LISE program gave me just that - more! Through the courses

and projects of the LISE program, I gained both theoretical and practical

knowledge about international society, culture , and language .

The LISE program touches on several f ields of study - e.g. sociology, communications , and polit ical science -

and this broadness enabled me to choose the f ield I want to have a career in. And - although it ’s a total cl iché - the semester abroad was an experience I wouldn’t have

done without.
