It is debris or rock or mud moving down a steep slopeIt can go up to 100 mph!!!Can happen over a period of time or in a twinkle of an eyeRarely kill but canHappen any time but usually in the summer or winterThe main driving force is gravity!!!

Lack of stabilityHas to rain a lotShortness of waterEarthquakes, volcano eruptions, wildfires, or snow melting fast can trigger itWhere no vegetation isPlaces where landslides already happenWhere channels are

Causes and concernsYes it can, you can plant plants (most likely trees) to hold the ground and make it fertileCan it be prevented?
