Free Wheeling Hubs for Mahindra Jeep, Scorpio, Thar & Maruthi

Gypsy.

Free wheeling hubs for 4 wheel drive jeeps of all models can be fitted

without any modifications.

All the benefits of a 4 wheel drive jeep with the economy of a 2 wheel

drive. 90% of the time 4 wheel drive jeeps are running in 2 wheel drive

with the front wheel locked to the gear train thus unnecessarily

consuming precious fuel.

The hub can be operated between the two positions easily by hand

without any tools.

When the FREE position, the hub disconnects the wheel from front axle

shaft, differential gears and propeller shaft and revolution of front wheel

shaft, differential gears and propeller shaft and revolution of front wheel

becomes free giving the following benefits:

Increase in mileage, Better pick-up, Steering becomes free, Less load on

engine, Less wear on front differential, Less noise from gear train, Less

tyre wear.

When in the "LOCK" position, the axle shaft and the vehicle wheel are

connected and the vehicle runs like a normal 4 wheel drive.

Differential Lockers for Mahindra Jeep,

Scorpio, Thar & Maruthi Gypsy.

Differential Lockers for 4 wheel drive jeeps of all

models can be fitted. It’s a complete mechanical

lockers and we can engage when required and vice

versa. Both wheels will get lock when it is in

LOCK and the power will transmit for both the

wheels equally, both the wheels will get traction

when the wheels get slip. All the times it will work

as normal differential when it is in FREE.
