2014 Compensation Best Practices Survey and ReportBackground: Survey designed by me and sent to customers and prospects in our database, received 4,700 responses. The results were analyzed and compiled into this report by me. I also managed this project end to end, from concept through creative and campaigns and to results. To follow are a few of the components of this campaign. There are currently $19,000,000 in opportunities with this as lead source.

This project was designed for various industry targeted campaigns and SEO. The whole thing was my idea and I managed the project end to end, including all the writing.
New Whitepaper: Turnover; The Good, The Bad and The UglyBackground: I’ve produced a lot of whitepapers at PayScale. Some I’ve written, and for others I’ve managed freelance writers and served as project director and editor. All the payscale whitepapers are here: http://www.payscale.com/hr/whitepapers.This one was released in July 2014. I picked this topic after doing research on hot topics, by looking at the top keywords bringing people to our content. I wrote the outline for this, and managed a writer to produce it. It is one of our best performing whitepapers, with the highest CTRs across all campaigns. It’s used, along with all whitepapers, in both lead gen and customer nurture campaigns.
