2014-2015 School Year PTA Budget Changes in SummaryCookie Dough income out ($21k) and Fun Run projection in at $9k

Fuss Free donation projection lowered to $1000 – originally $5,500

Carnival Booth fee income at $100 removed – did not charge sponsors for booth

Talent show budget raised from $800 to $1000 – to allow for DVD expenses

Cookie Dough expenses removed ($12,600) and Fun Run expenses added at $2300

Talent show expenses raised to $500.00 – was $300

Hospitality budget raised to $3500 – was $3000

Social Events budget lowered to $500 – was $1000 when supported kinder round-up

-- Membership cards are being distributed in Tuesday folders

and member discount information is available online.

• Grade Level participation to date Pre-k 17% Kinder 45% 1st 37% 2nd 40% 3rd 36% 4th 71% 5th 42%

–Grades @ 50% participation earn popsicle party.

Contest ends October 15th (tomorrow).
