Residents and business- es alike, welcome motor- cyclists during the Rally every year in June. With 93RD LACONIA MOTORCYCLE WEEK HAS SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE the 2nd largest demo- graphic of motorcycle riders in the country and host to the oldest Rally in the country, NH opens its doors to riders all year long, whether it’s on two-wheels or during other seasons for fall foliage or a wide variety of winter recre- ation. Start the week off with the Official Kick-Off to Laconia Motorcycle Week - the Peter Makris Memorial Ride (PMMR) on Saturday, June 11th. This ride is guided by NH’s own State Police – once you depart for the tour around Lake Win- nipesaukee, your feet won’t touch the ground until you return back for the party at the Naswa Resort right on the wa- ter! This ride has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars over the years to benefit numerous area charities! Speaking of charity, there are dozens of rides to participate in throughout the Rally – around the entire State of NH. Another one is the Mae West Memorial Ride for Pets and is held on Monday, June 13th. This ride is hosted by Sick Boy Motorcycles and for the rider/pas- senger donation- all of which goes to the NH Humane Society- you re- ceive a custom Sick Boy t-shirt and a great time with fellow pet lovers! Laconia Motorcycle Week Train ScheduleRound Trip Train Service Available From Meredith And Lakeport To Weirs Beach And Back

The Winnipesaukee Sce-nic Railroad, based in Mer-edith & Weirs Beach, NH, is pleased to announce it will once again offer a special train schedule for those attending the 93rd annual Laconia Motor-cycle Week scheduled for June 11-19, 2016.

Of the four major motor-cycle rallies that take place annually in the United States - Daytona, Myrtle Beach, Laconia and Stur-gis - Laconia is the only major motorcycle rally to include train service for its attendees. In 2016, event officials are expecting more than 350,000 riders. For those wishing to avoid traffic delays to and from Weirs Beach, round trip train service will be avail-able from Meredith and Lakeport into Weirs Beach and back. Both locations offer free parking for mo-torcycles, cars and trucks. The cost of round trip tick-ets from either location to Weirs Beach and back is $15 per person for ages 3 and up which includes parking, while ages 2 and under ride for free. Trains will operate most days during motorcycle week taking visitors from Mer-edith and Lakeport, NH to Weirs Beach and back per the following 2016 Laco-nia Motorcycle Week train schedule:
