Formulated specifically for contact sport protection and also suitable for the construction of other intraoral appliances such as the all in one mandibular advancement device.

These appliances can be constructed using a traditional flasking and packing technique.

The elastomer becomes stable, translucent, impervious and is virtually indestructible under normal conditions.

The appliances are comfortable to wear, durable, easy to clean (soap/water), and do not stain.

Particularly useful for sleep apnoea, anti-snoring and bruxism appliances.

The Gamberini Dual Model Trimmer is constructed to the latest European standards to guarantee you both quality and safety. It’s equipped with two powerful 450 watt, 1400 rpm motors which can be activated either independently or simultaneously by the two ignition switches, so operating the trimmer is simple and easy.

There are two manually adjustable valves for independent regulation of water flow onto the two wheels. These reinforced wheels measure 300 mm diameter and feature different finishes. A coarse one for cutting and a smooth one for finishing models. The trimmer comes with a solenoid valve for automatic water flow control.

The trimmer has a graduated goniometer which allows you to place a model in any angle you want, a double goniometer is available on request. A model presser is also included.

Selecting the proper orthodontic band is crucial in the corrective process. The criteria for selecting the right band can include ease and accuracy of placement, elasticity, and how the band contours to the anatomy of the tooth. In addition to a brilliant, hand-polished finish, GAC bands have either acid-etch or micro-etched properties that enhance retention to the tooth. These bands also have a convenient labelling system that is laser-etched right onto the surface.

Our Snap-Fit Molar Bands offer greater elasticity and superior fit. GAC’s exclusive process produces bands with improved morphology, elasticity and memory. Snap-Fit bands are created with high contouring and snap right into place when the right size is implemented. You simply press on the disto-lingual and then the mesio-labial and the band “snaps” into place. After fitting and removal, the band returns to its original size, assuring that the cemented band is as accurate as the initial fit.

DeliveryTOC endeavours to despatch orders on the same day they are

placed. Each delivery will contain a delivery note or invoice as well as

customers are requested to ensure the goods are as required before

breaking any packaging or seal. Shortages or breakages must be

notified to TOC within 3 days of receipt.

QualityTOC operates a Quality Management System which conforms to

all current quality and regulatory standards. This incorporates a

Batch/Lot Control System for traceability of all medical devices and

equipment dispatched by TOC. Customers should retain information

for products supplied by TOC including Batch/Lot No. and expiry

dates.

Continuing Product ImprovementDue to continuing product improvement TOC reserves the right

to modify, improve and change product specification and to

discontinue products without advance notice and without incurring

obligation. We are not responsible for typographical or photographic

errors and we reserve the right to limit quantities.

No part of TOC’s catalogue, literature or website may be reproduced

in any form without the permission of TOC.

Please note TOC is unable to supply Eire with Dentsply Sirona

products.

ReturnsAll credits and returns are issued at the discretion of TOC Head

Office. Customers must in the first instance call TOC with details

of products to be returned with reasons for the return.

Under the following conditions, customers may return for credit

any stock product with which they are not satisfied:

1. Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

2. Products must be standard catalogue items in an

unopened condition and will only be accepted back from

the original purchaser.

3. Written explanation must accompany the goods, stating the

reason for dissatisfaction and quoting the original invoice

number.

4. Returned goods must be adequately packaged to withstand

delivery and carriage must be prepaid by the customer with

contents insured to the full invoice value. TOC is unable to

credit returned goods lost or damaged in transit.

5. All products must be in a new and resaleable condition, of

current design and in its original packaging. According to

CE regulations, items returned opened must be regarded as

“used” and cannot therefore be accepted back for credit.

6. TOC reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on

certain products.

7. Special customer ordered products such as prewelded

bands are non-returnable.

8. Products supplied from other companies that are not

standard stock items are not returnable.

CancellationsTOC reserves the right to cancel an order or balance of order

without liability. Customers are not able to cancel orders without

the agreement of TOC. A charge may be made to cover costs

already incurred where special items are cancelled.

Instrument Repairs & ReturnsTOC is prohibited from accepting instruments for evaluation or

repair without proof of sterilisation. Please contact us to a request

a sterilisation form or download one from our website. Unless

proof of sterilisation is provided TOC reserves the right to either

destroy these items or return them to the sender.

LawThese terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed

in accordance with the law of England and the parties hereby

submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Please contact TOC for disposal of any WEEE

items purchased from TOC. TOC are part of the

budget pack WEEE scheme.
