1. Central HR: runs process to update the final process date one year after the actual termination date due to W2 impact.

2. Departments: must enter a final process date in order to rehire an ex-employee.

1. Auto population with a twist.– Expenditure type rule #1 still applies.– Cost allowability schedule on work study

award. Will not allow any expenditure types other than work study.

– All non-work study expenditure types are charged to suspense.

• Work study awards ended on 5/12/2004. To continue to pay the student two changes should have been made effective 5/13/2004.

1. Change the employee’s job on the assignment in Human Resources.

2. Change the labor schedule in Labor Distribution.
