La Orquesta Informal is a traveling "band-orchestra" that mixes Latin instruments and rhythms with European gypsy music colors. Thus, they play

between rumba, ska, cumbia, balkanbeat and rock, proposing a mestizo and worldly festive sound that

unites borders and cultures.

The group starts at the end of 2009 in Rosario, Argentina, making presentations constantly in their city and many others, as well as tours of Brazil and Uruguay until 2018, then they migrate to Europe performing shows in International Festivals, halls and pubs, covering 7 Countries: Russia, Finland, Spain, France, Italy,

Switzerland and Germany.

In this tour the group begins to work with the international producer Sudestada Sounds (Onda Vaga, Bersuit Vergarabat, El

Plan de la Mariposa, etc).

The band released their first studio album "VIAJANDO" in 2016 thanks to the support of the National Institute of Argentine

Music (INAMU) and during their #Europeando 2018 Tour, their 2nd work: "MESTIZONANDO".

BRIEF CHRONOLOGY:Jan/2011 BRASIL TOUR: offering street shows in Rio de Janeiro and Buzios.

Apr/2011 EP DEBUT PRESENTATION: in Sala Mano Mano, Rosario, Argentina

Nov/2011 LIVE DVD RECORDING: at Sala Lavardén Theater in a great show at the end of the year.

Jan/2015 URUGUAY TOUR: more than 30 shows in Montevideo, La Pedrera, Cabo Polonio, Punta del Diablo and Punta del Este; including bars, pubs, and 12 performances at the renowned HOTEL 5 ESTRELLAS CONRAD.

Dec/2015: Winners of the Instit. Nac. Of Music (INAMU) contest for the edition of the album VIAJANDO (2016).

Feb/2016 2nd URUGUAY TOUR: which included 10 presentations again at Hotel Conrad and 6 at Complejo Solanas.

Jul/2016 PRESENTATION OF THE 1ST ALBUM “VIAJANDO”: in Japanese Association Club to a room full with almost 900 souls and excellent repercussion in local media.

Set/2017 “VIAJANDO” PRESENTATION in Cultural City KONEX (Buenos Aires): next to La Fanfarria del Capitán and Pobre de Ustedes.

Jul/2018: #EUROPEANDO TOUR and presentation of #MESTIZONANDO in more than 60 shows in Russia, Finland, Spain, France, Italy, Switzerland and Germany.
