Grundfos Corporate Venture carries out annual investments

up to $25 million USD in the portfolio. Typically, we start

one new activity every year, either as greenfield or merged

into an existing project. We invest from pre-seed and seed

level, and as a rule we only invest in activities with a perceived

strategic scope for Grundfos long term. We can syndicate

our iour investments with other partners.

The denominator of our focus is “Clean Water to the World,”

and a number of incubation projects have already been

commercialized - like Grundfos Sensor A/S which has been

absorbed into the core group and Grundfos NoNox A/S has

been exited to a large multi-international company in 2010.

Current portfolio consists of Grundfos BioBooster A/S,

GrundGrundfos Infarm A/S and Grundfos LifeLink A/S.

All companies are Cleantech companies.
