HISTORIC SEDIMENTATION, DEBRIS DEPOSITIO~, AND HABITAT ALTERATIONS RESULTED IN DECLINE OF FISH POPULATIONS. HEAVY INDUSTRIAL LOGGING CONTINUES TODAY IN THIS YATERSHED. EFFORTS ARE UNDERWAY TO RESTORE THE FISHERY.
