Wolf Components Ltd is a bedspring

manufacturer based in Yorkshire UK

set up by a management team with

international experience in this

industry. The business has one site

and currently has 11 employees.

The business needed an integrated

cloud based system accessible from

multiple sites that would manage

stocks, manufacturing bills of

materials, costing and all

documentation and reporting.  The

ERP system had to be delivered in a

short time with few staff on a value for

money basis.

What Wolf Components liked the most

about ERPNext was that it was quick

to get started, logical and easy to get

staff into the system.The end to end

implementation of the system was

done remotely by cloudERP from

South Africa who always made time

available through Skype support . The

staff worked from home before the

factory setup and had solutions to

problems.

The challenge we had to overcome

was that we were short on resource

and time to devote to the project.  

We would suggest spending more

time testing proof of concept and

gaining familiarity with system before

go-live.
