Know Your Inspiring Alumni ! The illustrious Ms. Leena Nair is Global Senior Vice-President for leadership and organization development at Unilever . With her appointment as Executive Director and HR Head in June 2007, she not only became the first woman on the Management Committee of Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) but also the youngest Executive Director (ED) of HUL. A gold medalist from XLRI, Ms. Nair has been with Hi ndustan Unilever for two decades and is credited for a number of HR interventions. Ms. Nair has featured in Business Today’s ‘Most Powerful Women’ list for 5 consecutive years. She was also listed among 50 ‘Most Influential Women’ by Verve magazine. Ms. Lall has earlier been Region al Head of Human Resources, Indian & South Asian Operations. Ms. Lall has been with Standard Chartered Bank for more than 10 years. She has also worked with ABN Amro Bank, Colgate Palmolive India and HCL Hewlett P ackard. Ms. Lall started off her career as a summer intern in GlaxoSmithkline (GSK). Ms. Lall was con ferr ed the ‘Women Leadership Award’ by the Jury and Council of Board Members of the Institute of Public Enterprise – BFSI . Vol.-3

Ms. Madhvi Lall is Head - Employee Relations at Standard Chartered Bank. In her role, Ms. Lall is responsible for providing strategic leadership to proactively drive the Banks ER agenda globally. Ms. Lall has earlier been Regional Head of Human Resources, Indian & South Asian Operations.
