6.Gimme X Absolute hot is a concept of temperature that

postulates the existence of a highest attainable temperature of matter. Contemporary models of physical cosmology postulate that the highest possible temperature is the Planck temperature, which has the value  1.416785(71)×1032 Kelvin.

As a tribute to Absolute hot, X came up with hot sauce which contains Capsaicin, Carolina Reaper and Trinidad Moruga scorpion peppers. This heat is measured with the Scoville scale, a relatively subjective spiciness scale that gives a good idea of how spicy different peppers are.

Which company(X), that is completely unrelated to this field of condiments came up with this idea?

has been found to trademark Apple's key one-liners and taglines. When asked, the  company spokesperson told Techradar today that its trademark for the "___   ____      ____" phrase was inspired by a line from the TV show “Columbo,” an explanation people following technology news will have a hard time believing. Interestingly enough, that’s not the only Apple-related phrase that Swatch wants. The company has also sought a trademark for “Tick Different,” which is immediately familiar to Apple’s “Think Different” marketing campaign.

The company  Registered a European trademark for this phrase in 2005. It gives this Swiss company, the right to use this phrase upto 2025, a move no one was expecting, especially the Apple fans. Which phrase?
