1. Identify the top 100 sites around the world to build new cities, optimizing for distance to major metros, weather, and geographic beauty.
2. Master lease existing or build new RV campground in each of the city-sites and build community for creators & remote workers.
3. Once a campground has long-term residents invested in building a community, purchase campground and options on surrounding land.
4. Develop communities into 100 satellite cities that are low-cost hubs for creators and remote workers (50-100k people/city).
5. Wait for VR and autonomous cars to fundamentally change the nature of work and transportation, thus making it possible for anyone to work remotely.
6. Develop the satellite cities into thriving metropolises (5M+ people/city).
