Čast mi je i zadovoljstvo da budem na čelu ,,Krušika,, u godini ova kompanija obeležava 75 godina postojanja. Zadovoljstvo je tim veće što sa svojim timom uspešno rešavam nagomilane probleme iz prethodnog perioda. Zatekao sam ukupan dug kompanije prema dobavljačima, bankama i drugim pravnim licima u iznosu od 4,4 milijarde dinara. Račun preduzeća blokiran je od novembra 2011. godine na iznos od 1,4 milijarde dinara. Pored visokih obaveza, zatekao sam preduzeće suočeno sa izraženim problemima nelikvidnosti, nesolventnosti i sa nedovoljnom uposlenošću kapaciteta, posebno mašinskog. Potpisani ugovori koje treba realizovati u 2014. godini, najvećim delom su avansno naplaćeni, založeni kod banaka, a sredstva dobijena po tom osnovu utrošena su nenamenski, uglavnom na zarade, a manjim delom na repromaterijal i dr. Sa druge strane, u obavezi smo da realizujemo pomenute ugovore, proizvedemo i isporučimo proizvode koji su predmet tih ugovora i obezbedimo potrebna sredstva za nabavku repromaterijala, isplatu zarada zaposlenih i druge troškove. Obaveze prema dobavljačima, nastale u prethodnom periodu, dovode nas u situaciju da smo prinuđeni da sve nove porudžbine plaćamo avansno, jer veliki broj firmi nije više u mogućnosti da isporuči robu na odloženo plaćanje. Kredite kod poslovnih banaka nije moguće dobiti, jer je zbog svega gore navedenog, kreditni bonitet „Krušika“ ozbiljno narušen.Takođe, jedan od problema bio je odnos zaposlenih na administrativnim i drugim režijskim radnim mestima i broja zaposlenih u proizvodnji. Naime, od ukupnog broja zaposlenih svega 40,7 posto bavilo se proizvodnim poslovima, a sada je taj odnos promenjen tako da je 72 posto zaposlenih angažovano u proizvodnji.Danas je „Krušik“ na novom početku. Ugovorenih poslova ima za celu 2014. godinu i konstantno se radi na njihovoj realizaciji.U prvih osam meseci imamo ugovorenih poslova otprilike 42 miliona dolara. Takođe, realizacijom poslova i projekata, na kojima trenutno novi menadžment radi, ostvario bi se pozitivan efekat na oporavak „Krušika“ kao i na celokupnu privredu Zapadne Srbije. S obzirom na to da su naši proizvodi najvećim delom namenjeni izvozu, stoga će i njegovo učešće u spoljnotrgovinskom bilansu biti značajno. Poređenja radi, ulaganja u repromaterijal za proizvodnju na kraju septembra 2014. godine su za 30 posto veća od ulaganja u repromaterijal u istom periodu prethodne godine. Porezi i doprinosi na zarade se redovno uplaćuju od januara 2014. godine, što nije bio slučaj od početka 2010. godine. Na kraju septembra ove godine, „Krušik“ je ostvario dobitak u iznosu od 4,6 miliona dinara, dok je u istom periodu prošle godine zabeležen gubitak od 506,3 miliona dinara. Pored toga, važno je napomenuti da će HK „Krušik“ započeti ulaganja u nove investicione projekte koji su od strateškog značaja za korporaciju. Tu se pre svega misli na investicije u novu kapislanu, oko 5 miliona EUR-a, na nabavku mašine za izradu komora raketnih motora, oko 1,5 miliona EUR-a i dr. Nabavkom navedene opreme „Krušik“ će se svrstati u red respektabilnih proizvođača u oblasti raketnih sistema. Pored prisustva na tržištu vojnog programa, intenzivno radimo na unapređenju svog položaja na tržištu civilnog programa. U prilogu tome govori i činjenica da je naša fabrika prvi put putem tendera uspela da obezbedi prodaju protivgradnih raketa, čija je proizvodnja i prodaja u prethodnom periodu praktično bila zanemarena. Od 10 ponudaza protivgradnu raketu, zaključili smo 8 ugovora što je 80% uspešnosti.Na kraju, želim da izrazim svoju zahvalnost svim zaposlenima u korporaciji bez čije posvećenosti poslu ne bi smo uspeli da sprovedemo sveobuhvatne reforme koje su rezultirale vraćanju „Krušika“ na put uspeha i prosperiteta. Takođe, dugujemo zahvalnost Ministarstvu odbrane bez čije pomoći ne bi uspeli da realizujemo planirane aktivnosti na konsolidaciji fabrike.

It is my greatest pleasure and honor to be on the head of Krušik in the th

75 year of its existence. The pleasure is even greater that my team with my leadership successfully solve the accumulated problems of previous period. We have found the company debt to the suppliers, banks and other legal entities approx. 4.4 billion of dinars. The bank account was blocked since November 2011 on the amount of 1.4 billion of dinars. In addition to unsettled tax utilities, I found a company faced with severe problems of illiquidity, insolvency and with insufficient production capacity, particularly in production machines.The signed Contracts for implementation in the year of 2014, mostly with charged advanced payments, were pledged to the banks and the obtained unallocated funds were mostly spent on salaries and lesser amount on raw material, etc. On the other hand, we are obligated to fulfill liabilities of the above mentioned Contracts, produce and deliver ordered products and provide necessary funds for the purchase of raw material, wages of employees and other expenses. Payable

accounts incurred during the previous period, lead us towards situation to be forced to render all the new orders in advance, since a large number of companies no longer were able to deliver the goods on deferred payment. The loans of commercial banks were not obtained regarding the above mentioned reasons, solvency of the firm were seriously undermined.Nevertheless, one of the problems was the ratio of employees in administration and other overhead workplaces in compare to production working places. The 40,7 % of the total number of employees were involved in manufacturing process and now that ratio is increased on 72% engaged in production process. Krušik is on the new beginning. The 2014 will be hectic with implementation of new contracts. In the first eight months, we have signed contracts in value in approx. about 42 million dollars .The activities and projects are currently the main goal of the new management. The mentioned projects and activities would have positive effect on Krušik's recovery, affecting the economy of the whole region of Western Serbia. Considering the fact that our products are intended for the export, affect on foreign trade balance will be significant.In compare, the investment in raw material for the production at the end of September 2014 is 30% higher than the last year period. Taxes and contributions on salaries are monthly paid since Jan 2014, which was not the case from the beginning of 2010. At the end of September 2014, Krušik gained of 4.6 million dinars, while in the same period last year a loss of 506.3 of million dinars was recorded.In addition, it is important to emphasize that Krušik would start investment in new projects of strategic importance for the corporation. Primarily, investments in new primer plant, approx. investment of 5 million EUR, the purchase of machinery for rocket motor chambers, approx. investment of 1.5 million EUR and others. The purchase of above mentioned equipment will present Krušik as respectable manufacturer in the field of missile systems. Apart from presence on the market for military equipment, we work intensively to improve our position in the market of program for civil items. In addition, factory has won tender for the first time for anti-haul rocket, neglected item in past few years. 10 offers for anti- hail rocketS, we concluded 8 contracts, which is 80% of success.Finally, I wish to express my gratitude to all employees of the corporation without whose dedication to the job we could not manage to conduct reforms that resulted in restoring "Krušik" to the path of success and prosperity. Also, we owe gratitude to the Ministry of Defense without whose help we would not manage to fulfill planned activities to consolidate factory.

U „Krušiku” se radi na usavršavanju specijalne municije dugog dometa, osvetljavajućih i dimnih mina kalibra 60 i 81/82 mm, kao i na razvoju nove generacije mina dugog dometa kalibra 120 mm. U okviru novog projekta uložena su znatna sretstva za izradu pogona pirotehnike u kom je smeštena nova linija za punjenje specijalne municije. „Krušikovi” stručnjaci su uspeli samostalno da urade i modernizuju novu liniju i puste je u probni rad 26.02.2014. godine. U novom pogonu pirotehnike pružaće se usluge punjenja specijalne municije i drugim proizvođačima iz regiona i šire.

The company „Krušik” is working on improving of the special ammunition of extended range, illuminating and Smoke mortar shells of 60mm and 81/82 mm calibers as well as on developing new generation of 120mm caliber mortar shells of extended range. Significant funds have been invested for building the new pyrotechnics facility where the new line for special ammunition filling has been installed. Sektor razvoja HK „Krušika” organizovan je u tri odseka (odsek tehničke dokumentacije, odsek konstrukcije alata i odsek pripreme rada)I šest odeljenja (odeljenje razvoja minobacačkog programa, odeljenje razvoja raketnog programa, odeljenje razvoja artiljerijskog programa, odeljenje razvoja minsko-eksplozivnih sredstava, odeljenje razvoja civilnih programa, odeljenje razvoja specijalnih tehnologija), kao i po posla formiranje projektnih timova.Pri realizaciji svojih aktivnosti sektor razvoja u potpunosti primenjuje integrisane sisteme čiji su delovi sertifikovani po :ISO9001:2008; ISO 14001:2004; OHSAS 18001:2007; SRPS ISO 9001:2008, vojni standard SORS 9000/05 i SRPS ISO 17025:2005.

Development Department of the company Krušik is organized in three sectors (Sector of technical documentation, tools construction Sector and work preparation sector) and six departments (department of mortar program development, department of rocket program development, department of artillery program development, department of development of mine-explosive items, department of civil program development and department of special technologies development) and if needed project teams are established.While implementing its activities, Development Department fully applies integrated management systems, parts of which have been certified by the following:ISO9001:2008; ISO 14001:2004; OHSAS 18001:2007; SRPS ISO 9001:2008, Military standard SORS 9000/05 and SRPS ISO 17025:2005.Passing through various organizational, human and technical changes, Development Department, as a part of the company Krušik builds its identity not only in Serbia but also in the world through continuous improvement, introduction of new products and technologies both in military and civilian program. Modernization of existing products is performed in accordance with customers requirements and the products quality is continually improved.

Razvojni planovi su prvenstveno usmereni ka potrebama Ministarstava odbrane Republike Srbije, kao i potrebama domaćeg i stranog tržišta.U svom strateškom planu Sektor razvoja, prioritetna aktivnost je data na oživljavanju proizvodnje raketnog programa, koja se realizuje u saradnji sa Vojnotehničkim institutom – Beograd, kao i kroz samostalan razvoj u osvajanje proizvodnje u skladu sa postojećim tehnološkim mogućnostima na sredstvima:

· Protivoklopni višenamenski raketni sistem velikog dometa „ALAS”· PORS „BUMBAR”· Nevođene rakete sa modulom za korekciju putanje 128 mm „OGANJ”· Nevođena raketa zemlja-zemlja 107mm klasičan pogon (dvobazni barut)· Raketa „GRAD” dometa 40 km.


Development plans are primarily directed towards the needs of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Serbia as well as the needs of the domestic and foreign markets.In the Development Department strategic plan, the priority is revival of the rocket program production, being conducted in cooperation with the Military Technical Institute, Belgrade, and also through independent development and in accordance with the existing technological capabilities, the implementation of the following:· Multipurpose antitank missile system of long range – „ALAS“· Antitank missile system - „BUMBLE BEE”· Unguided rockets with trajectory correction module in caliber 128 mm - „OGANJ”· Unguided rocket ground to ground in caliber 107mm with classic drive (double-base propellant)· „GRAD” Rocket of 40 km range

· Upgrade of antitank missile „MALJUTKA” 9M14P1 and production of new warheads: - WARHEAD - 2T (tandem-cumulative)

- WARHEAD - 2F (warhead of high demolition function) At the same time, this Department is engaged in improvement of the mortar shells in calibers 60 and 81/82mm (the long range mortar shells), as per requests of foreign customers, as well as modernization of the mortar shells in caliber 120mm for extended range. Implementation of these projects is conditioned by purchase of new equipment and establishment of new technologies such as technology of flow forming as well as automation in explosive casting plant and the products assembling. There is also a plan for expansion of physical facilities, mechanical and manufacturing park in basic technologies such as cutting technology, heat treatment, surface protection and technology of inertial injection.


· Modernizacija protiv oklopne rakete „MALJUTKA” 9M14P1 i izrada novih bojevih glava : - BOJEVA GLAVA - 2T (tandem-kumulativna) - Uporedo se vrši modernizacija po zahtevima ino-kupca na minama kalibra 60 i 81/82mm (mine produženog dometa), kao i modernizacija mina 120mm za produženi domet .Realizacija ovih projekata uslovljena je nabavkom nove opreme i uspostavljanjem novih tehnologija, kao što je tehnologija rotacionog valjanja, kao automatizacija u pogonu livenja eksploziva i laboracija sredstava. Takođe se planira proširenje prostornih kapaciteta, mašinskog i proizvodnog parka u baznim tehnologijama kao što su tehnologija rezanja, termićke obrade, površinske zaštite i tehnologije inekcionog brizganja.

PJ1 - Fabrika specijalnih proizvoda i usluga (FSPU) vrši finalizaciju (laboraciju, montažu i pakovanje), svih sredstava (kao i potrebnih podsklopova koji ulaze u njihov sastav) koji se proizvode u HK „Krušik”. Proizvodnja obuhvata:

- Laboraciju svih sklopova potrebnih za montažu i pakovanje minobacačkih projektila (upaljača, punjenja osnovnih i dopunskih) svih kalibara (60mm, 81/82mm i 120mm) i svih vrsta (razorni, osvetljavajući, dimni dugodimeći).

- Nalivanje minobacačkih , raketnih i artiljerijskih projektila eksplozivom T T i smešama T T i RD kao i livenje u uslovima „podpritiska”.

- Proizvodnja detonatora prenosnika i bojevih glava projektila metodom presovanja eksploziva.

- Nalivanje minobacačkih i artiljerijskih projektila belim fosforom od kalibra 60mm do 155mm.

Operating unit -1 – Factory of special products and services (FSPU) performs completion (assembling, mounting and packing) of all the products of Armament and Military Equipment (as well as necessary subassemblies being their integral part) which are produced in HK Krušik. The production includes the following:

i- Assembling of all assemblies needed for mounting and packing of the mortar projectiles (fuzes, ignition cartridges and increment charges) of all calibers (60mm,

81/82mm and 120mm) and all types (high explosive, illuminating, smoke and high smoke).

- Filling of mortar, rocket and artillery projectiles with explosive TNT and mixtures of TNT and RDX as well as casting in underpressure conditions.

- Production of transmitter detonators and projectile warheads by explosive pressing method.

- Filling of mortar and artillery projectiles with white phosphorous. This applies to calibers 60mm to 155mm.

KRUŠIK LIVNICA OBOJENIH METALA vrši livenja pod pritiskom, livenje u metalnom kalupu (kokili) i livenja u pesku za sopstvene potrebe i potrebe trećih lica. Nudimo mogućnost izrade odlivaka od Al i Cu legura. Livenjem pod pritiskom se izrađuju odlivci najsloženijih unutrašnjih i spoljnih konfiguracija, tankih zidova, koji se teško mogu izrađivati drugim postupcima livenja, u našoj livnici se livenje izvodi na maši-nama tipa „BUHLER” i „TRIULZI” sa horizontalnim i vertikalnim hladnim komorama za presovanje. Sila presovanja, u zavisnosti od tipa mašine se kreće od 1.300 - 2.800 KN. Maksimalna težina odlivka livenjem pod pritiskom: -delovi od Al legura do 2kg -delovi od Cu legura do 5kg Maksimalna težina odlivka livenjem u pesku je do 100kg.

KRUŠIK FOUNDRY OF NON-FERROUS METALS performs casting under pressure, casting in a metal mold (kokili) and casting in the sand for its own needs and the needs of third parties. We also offer the ability to produce castings of Al and Cu alloys.By applying the casting under pressure, the castings of the most complex internal and external configuration are produced. These castings are of thin walls, which is difficult to achieve by using other casting processes. In our foundry, the casting process is performed on the machines of BUHLER and TRIULZI types with horizontal and vertical cold chambers for pressing. Within the development of technologies for specific products, Krušik has also established the standards and special technologies and built up the facilities for refining and protection of parts surfaces by applying metal and non-metallic coatings and layers. Fabrika inicijalnih sredstava i elektrodetonatora (u daljem tekstu FISED), posluje u sastavu HK „Krušik” a.d. Valjevo, kao tehnološki i infrastrukturno u potpunosti zaokružena celina. Kao posebna organizaciona celina posluje od 1993. godine a tradicija proizvodnje inicijalnih sredstava datira od osnivanja fabrike „VISTAD” iz 1939. godine.

Današnja fabrika je moderno koncipirana i organizovana tako da u svom sastavu poseduje veći deo funkcija preduzeća neophodnih za samostalan rad i jednostavno upravljanje.

U slučaju razvoja novih sredstava u kontaktu sa Kupcem izrađuju se programi verifikacije i ako je potrebno nestandardne metode za potvrdu traženog kvaliteta.

for preparation and development of new products.

The service of preparation consists of planning, launching and

Department of Development and Technical preparation provides

development of new products for the MoD, Ministry of Internal Affairs of

Serbia, as well as the needs of foreign markets. Within this department

all necessary structural and technological documentation for the

implementation of new products into production are prepared.

Fabrika inicijalnih sredstava i elektrodetonatora poseduje svoje službe pripreme rada i razvoja novih proizvoda.U okviru službe pripreme rada vrši se planiranje, lansiranje i praćenje serijske proizvodnje.Odeljenje Razvoja i tehničke pripreme ima funkciju razvoja novih proizvoda za potrebe MO, MUP Srbije, kao i za potrebe stranog tržišta. U okviru ovog odeljenja izrađuje se sva neophodna konstruktivna i tehnološka dokumentacija radi uvođenja novih proizvoda u serijsku proizvodnju.

U okviru ovog pogona nalaze se objekti u kojima se vrši sinteza inicijalnih eksploziva koji su neophodni za proizvodnju svih vrsta inicijatora iz proizvodnog programa Fabrike inicijalnih sredstava i elektrodetonatora, kao i objekat za preradu otpadnih voda nastalih u procesu sinteze.Proizvode se sledeće vrste inicijalnih eksploziva: tricinat, tetrazen, olovo azid i živin fulminat.Proizvodnja svih vrsta eksploziva se odvija šaržnim postupkom.

U pogonu ART se proizvodi više vrsta pirotehničkih smeša i piro-tehničkih sklopova.

U okviru pogona se nalaze tri nezavisna objekta:

- Objekat ART-1: Laboracija raznih vrsta usporača, prenosnika, pojačnika, samolikvidatora, pirotehničkih osigurača, trasera;

- Objekat ART-2: Laboracija i kompletiranje usporača i udarnih detonatora za razne vrste i tipove ručnih bombi sa različitim vremenima usporenja;

- Objekat ART-4: Proizvodnja raznih vrsta pirotehničkih smeša (pripalne, prenosne, usporačke, dimne, fleš, traserne).

Sektor „Održavanja mašina i opreme i energetika” je nastao spajanjem pogona „OMO” i pogona „Energetika” u okviru nove organizacije, dolaskom novog rukovodstva, početkom 2014. godine.

Kroz istorijat fabrike ova funkcija je pretrpela dosta organizacionih promena u smislu spajanja i razdvajanja „održavanja” i „energetike”.

Osamdesetih godina prošlog veka funkcija „održavanja” i „energetike” prema „Slovenačkom projektu” je bila jedinstvena funkcija tadašnjeg SOUR-a i za namenski i za civilni program. U okviru te organizacije bila je i „stara mašinska” radionica u kojoj se školovao najbolji majstorski i inženjerski kadar. Tu je nastao i popularni doradni strug UDS, koga su u svom mašinskom parku imala sva preduzeća bivše Jugoslavije.

Devedesetih godina dolazi do organizacionih promena u samoj fabrici te i „održavanje” i „energetika” postaju nezavisni pogoni u okviru sektora proizvodnje, što se zadržalo do sadašnjih vremena.

The department ''Maintenance of machines and equipment and energy'' has been founded as connection of the plant ''Maintenance of machines and equipment'' and plant ''Energy'' within new organization, after the establishment of new management, at the beginning of 2014. Throughout the history of the factory, this function has undergone a lot of organizational changes in terms of connections anddivisions of ''maintenance'' and ''energy''. During the eighties of the last century, the functions of „maintenance” and „energy” as per „the Slovenian project” was a unique function of „Organization of Joint Work” for both defense and civilian program. Within the framework of this organization, there was „an old mechanical workshop” where the best master and engineering staff had been educated. This is also the place where popular finishing lathe UDS was developed. All the companies of former Yugoslavia had that device in their mechanical park.

Osnovna delatnost pogona „OMO” je tekuće i preventivno održavanje proizvodne opreme i instalacija proizvodnih i neproizvodnih objekata. Tu svoju delatnost sprovodi preko operativno-tehničke pripreme zadužene za izradu tehničke dokumentacije i nabavku delova i neposrednih izvršilaca u okviru proizvodnih objekata.

Osnovna delatnost pogona „Energetika” je proizvodnja i distribucija pare, kompr.vazduha, proizvodnja i distribucija tehničke vode, održavanje elektro-energetskih postrojenja, održavanje TT vodova i tel.aparata, održavanje cevne mreže gradske vode i građevinsko-komunalno održavanje.

Prema projekciji nove ogranizacije formiran je sektor „Održavanja mašina i opreme i energetika” u kome su objedinjeni pogon „Održavanje mašina i opreme” i pogon „Energetika”.

Ovakvom ogranizacijom dobija se efikasniji rad, racionalizacija troškova i bolja iskoršćenost radne snage, što je i cilj novog rukovodstva.

Ciljevi IMS sektora održavanja i energetike do kraja godine :- Revitalizacija primarnog i sekundarnog cevovoda gradske mreže.- Priključenje mreže kompresivnog vazduha mehaničke obrade i preseraja na centralnu kompresivnu stanicu.- Revitalizacija objekta Doma zdravlja u krugu fabrike.- Rekonstrukcija kotlare.- Retrofit 2 CNC mašine Gd200.- Popravka i uređenje bazena industrijske vode.


The main activity of the plant Maintenance of machines and equipment is current and preventive maintenance of production equipment and the installations of production and non-production facilities. This activity is implemented through Operational and technical preparation department being responsible for technical documentation, procurement of parts and performers engaged in manufacturing facilities.

The main activity of the plant Energy is the production and distribution of steam, compressed air, production and distribution of technical water, maintenance of electric power plants, maintenance of TT lines and telephone, maintenance of urban pipe network and water construction and utility maintenance.

According to the projection of the new management organization, a new sector „Maintenance of machines and equipment and energy” where the plants „Maintenance of machines and equipment” and „Energy” are joined, has been established.

Such organization provides more effective work, cost efficiency and better utilization of manpower, being the goal of the new management.

Goals of the IMS (Integrated management systems) planned to be realized by the end of this year:- Revitalization of primary and secondary urban pipeline network.- Connecting the compressed air network of the mechanical treatment and pressing facility to the central compressive station. - Revitalization of the Health facility within the factory.- Reconstruction of the boiler room.- Retrofit of 2 CNC machines of Gd200.- Repair and decoration of the industrial water pool.

Ciljevi kvaliteta i poslovna politika fabrike predviđa osavremenjavanje opreme, revitalizaciju infrastrukture, povećanje energetske efikasnosti i niz drugih aktivnosti što fabriku treba da dovede na nivo savremene i produktivne fabrike.

Finansijski efekti koji se očekuju su 70% smanjenja troškova energenata i gradske vode, što jeste cilj poslovne politike fabrike, da i neproizvodni sektor donosi dohodak.


The quality objectives and business policy prescribe modernization of plant equipment, rehabilitation of infrastructure, energy efficiency increase and a range of other activities which should lead the factory to the level of contemporary and productive plant.

It is expected to have 70% reduction in energy costs and urban water which presents the goal of the business policy of the factory thus enabling the non-production sector to obtain some income.

HK „Krušik“ a.d., kao proizvođač naoružanja i vojne opreme, od samog nastanka imala je uređene i dokumentovane postupke

izrade i kontrole koji su činili uređen sistem kvaliteta.Pojavom ISO standarda trebalo je samo postojeće stanje prilagoditi

njihovim zahtevima.

Prva sertifikacija o usklađenosti sa zahtevima standarda JUS ISO 9000:2001 i SNO 9000/97 izvršena je 13.01.2003. Sertifikacija je izvršena od strane Vojne kontrole kvaliteta (Ministarstvo odbrane

Savezne Republike Jugoslavije).

Kasnije resertifikacije su vršene u trogodišnjim terminima s tim da je 2009. godine sistem menadžmenta proširen i na oblasti stan-darda SRPS ISO 14001:2005 (standard koji se bavi definisanjem zahteva iz oblasti zaštite životne sredine) i SRPS OHSAS 18001:2008 (standard koji pokriva oblast bezbednosti i zdravlja na radu). Ovako jedan integrisani menadžment sistem (svaki standard pojedinačno), 2009. godine, sertifikovan je po zahtevima ova tri standarda od strane poznatog sertifikacionog tela SGS, i od strane Vojne kontrole kvaliteta prema zahtevima standarda SRPS ISO

9001:2008 i SNO 9000/05 .


From the very beginning, Holding Corporation Krušik a.d., as a manufacturer of armament and military equipment, has arranged and

documented the procedures for preparation and control which had been an integral part of the established system of quality.

With the advent of ISO standards, the only thing that should be done was to adjust the current state with their requirements.

The first certification on the compliance with the requirements of the Standards JUS ISO 9000:2001 and SNO 9000/97 has been accomplished on January 13th, 2003. It has been accomplished by the Military Quality Control (the Ministry of Defense of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia).

Later re-certifications are carried out in three-year terms but in 2009 the management system has been extended to the field of the standards SRPS ISO 14001:2005 (the standard which applies to defining the requirements of environmental protection) and SRPS OHSAS 18001:2008 (the standard which covers the area of safety and health at work). In 2009, such integrated management system (each standard individually) has been certified in accordance with the requirements of these three standards by the renowned certification entity SGS as well as by the Military Quality Control acoording to the requirements of the standards SRPS ISO 9001:2008 and SNO 9000/05 .

U cilju uvida u stanje usaglašenosti integrisanih menadžment sistema u odnosu na zahteve standarda SRPS ISO 9001:2008, SRPS ISO 14001:2005 i SRPS OHSAS 18001:2007, održavanja na nivou izdatih sertifikata i stalnih poboljšanja u periodu važenja sertifikata, jednom godišnje se održavaju redovne nadzorne provere od strane sertifika-cionog tela SGS.

U decembru 2013. godine, HK „Krušik“a.d. je sertifikovan od strane Vojne kontrole kvaliteta (Sektor za materijalne resurse Ministarstva odbrane Republike Srbije), prema zahtevima standarda SRPS ISO 9001: 2008 i prema zahtevima standarda odbrane Republike Srbije SORS 9000/05. Sertifikati važe do decembra 2016. godine, uz godišnje nadzorne provere od strane Vojne kontrole kvaliteta, u peri-odu od 2013. do 2016.godine, kada će uslediti resertifikacija sistema kvaliteta.

Ove godine 10. i 11. jula, od strane sertifikacionog tela SGS, izvršen je nadzor i posle pozitivnog nalaza važenje sertifikata se produžava do 02. avgusta 2015. Takođe, u ovoj godini sledi nadzor Metrološke laboratorije od strane ATS-a, a krajem godine nadzor od strane Vojne kontrole kvaliteta.Usvojenim ciljevima integrisnih menadžment sistema, za ovu godinu, predviđena je akreditacija Laboratorije za ispitivanje materijala, po zahtevima standarda SRPS ISO/IEC 17025:2006.

Ma kako dobro integrisani menadžment sistem bio uspostavljen, uvek postoje faktori smetnji i rizik da se pojave neusaglašenosti ili da su one već nastale. Zbog toga se mora uspostaviti razvojnost integrisa-nih menadžment sistema, koju čine ponovljivo preventivno delovanje i neprekidna poboljšavanja što će predstavljati naše aktivnosti za naredni period.


For the purpose of insight into the state of compliance of the integrated management systems in relation to the requirements of the standards SRPS ISO 9001:2008, SRPS ISO 14001:2005 and SRPS OHSAS 18001:2007, maintenance of the level of the issued certificates and continuos improvement within the certificates validity period, once a year, there is regular supervisory audit conducted by the certification body of SGS. In December 2013, Krušik a.d. has been certified by the Military Quality Control (Sector for material resources of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Serbia) in accordance with the requirements of the Standard SRPS ISO 9001: 2008 and according to the requirements of the Standard of Defense of the Republic of Serbia i.e. SORS 9000/05. The Certificates are valid by December 2016, providing annual supervisory inspection by the Military Quality Control, within the period from 2013 to 2016, when the recertification of the quality system shall be conducted. This year, on July 10th and 11th, the certification entity SGS has performed the supervision and since the findings have been positive, the Certificate validity has been extended until August 2nd, 2015. Also, during this year, the Metrological laboratory will be inspected by the ATS and by the end of this year, the Military Quality Control will perform the supervisory audit. Following the adopted goals of the integrated management systems, the accreditation of the Laboratory for material testing, in accordance with the requirements of the standard SRPS ISO/IEC 17025:2006 is scheduled for this year. No matter how well-integrated management system is established, there are always obstacle and risk factors for appearance of non-compliance or even their existance. Therefore, the developmental nature of the integrated management systems must be established thus providing repeatable preventive action and continual improvements which will represent our future activities.

Naravno, mi smo nastavili i dalje da napredujemo u ovoj oblasti i to usklađivanjem našeg sistema prema Nacionalnoj nagradi za pos-lovnu izvrsnost Srbije. Učešćem u takmičenju za nagradu Oskar kvaliteta u 2009. godini bili smo dobitnici nagrade Oskar kvaliteta za oblast procesa, da bi posle dodatnog rada i ostalih poboljšanja na konkursu za 2010. god., postali apsolutni pobednici u kategoriji velikih i srednjih preduzeća.

Dobitnici smo takođe nagrade „Zlatno priznanje“ Regionalne priv-redne komore za 2010. godinu kao najuspešnije veliko preduzeće na teritoriji ove komore.

Za sve postignute rezultate grad Valjevo je 20.03.2011. godine dodelio HK „Krušik“ nagradu grada Valjeva.

Metrološka laboratorija je akreditovana prema zahtevima standarda SRPS ISO/IEC 17025:2006., 2011. godine. Akreditacija važi do 21.12.2015.godine, i u okviru nje se jednom godišnje vrše nadzorne provere od strane Akreditacionog tela Srbije.

U julu 2012.godine izvršena je resertifikacija integrisanih sistema menadžmenta (za svaki standard pojedinačno), od strane švajcar-skog sertifikacionog tela SGS. HK „Krušik je proveren i sertifikovan prema zahtevima standarda: SRPS ISO 9001:2008, ovaj sertifikat važi od 03.avgusta 2012. do 02.avgusta 2015., SRPS ISO 14001:2005, ovaj sertifikat važi od 03.avgusta 2012. do 02.avgusta 2015., SRPS OHSAS 18001:2008, ovaj sertifikat važi od 03.avgusta 2012. do 02.avgusta 2015.


We have certainly continued to make progress in this area and we do comply our system with the National Business Excellence Award in Serbia. By participating in the competition for the Academy Quality Award in 2009, we were the winners of the Oscar for Quality in the field of process, and after the extra work and other improvements, within the competition in 2010, we have become the absolute winners in the category of large and medium-sized companies. We have also been granted the „Gold Award” of the Regional Chamber of Commerce in 2010 as the most successful large company in the territory of this Chamber of Commerce. On March 20th, 2011, HK Krušik has been granted the Award of the city of Valjevo for all the chievements by the city of Valjevo. Metrological laboratory is accredited in accordance with the requirements of the standards SRPS ISO/IEC 17025:2006, in 2011. The accreditation is valid until 21.12.2015, and during this validity period, the Accreditation Board of Serbia performes annual supervisory audit. During July 2012, the re-certification of integrated management systems (one for each standard individually) has been performed by the Swiss certification body SGS. Kontrola se vrši na osnovu tehnoloških postupaka ulazne kontrole, domaćih i međunarodnih standarda i specifičnih zahteva datih u tehničkoj dokumentaciji gotovog proizvoda.

- Odsek ulazne i periodične provere alata i kontrolnika Vrši kontrolu i prijem svih alata novoizrađenih (radni, pomoćni i kontrolni), kao i periodičnu proveru alata i kontrolnika u toku eksploatacije u procesu proizvodnje.


- Sector for entering control of the materials and technical elementsThe main activity is initial nspection and acceptance of all materials, raw materials, components and technical elements needed for products realization.The inspection is performed on the basis of technological procedures of the entering control, following and applying domestic and international standards and specific requirements given in the Technical documentation of the final product.

- Sector for entering and periodical inspection of the tools and control gauges This sector performs the inspection and acceptance of all newly produced tools (operating, auxiliary and control), as well as periodical inspection of tools and control gauges within use in the production processes.

- Sector for final inspection of the positions This sector performs the inspection and acceptance of the parts being used in the production process but previously, the producer (plant) has been inspected on the basis of technical documentation requirements. - Sector for final inspection and handover of assemblies and final products This sector performs the inspection and acceptance of subassemblies, assemblies and final products in the process of mounting and assembling, organizes the final testing at the firing range and also the acceptance in the presence of customer's representative. It prepares acceptance-technical documentation and attends the final testing.

Delatnost laboratorije za ispitivanje materijala izvodi se u više specijalizovanih laboratorija: - laboratorija za ispitivanje kvaliteta zaštite - laboratorija za analitička ispitivanja - laboratorija za ispitivanje plastičnih i gumenih materijala, lepkova i hermetika - laboratorija za mehaničko-metalografska ispitivanja - laboratorija za ispitivanje baruta i eksploziva

U laboratoriji se vrše sledeća ispitivanja: - Ispitivanje i atestiranje hemijskog sastava svih vrsta čelika, bakra i bakarnih legura, aluminijuma i aluminijumskih legura. - Ispitivanje praškastih materijala koji ulaze u sastav pirotehničkih smeša i svih vrsta organskih i neorganskih materijala koji se koriste u procesu proizvodnje. - Ispitivanje mehaničkih, termičkih, fizičko-hemijskih karakteristika plastičnih, svih vrsta prirodnih i sintetičkih guma, lepkova i hermetika. - Ispitivanje svih vrsta neorganskih zaštita na čeliku i aluminijumu. - Ispitivanje kvaliteta organskih zaštita: boja, lakova, premaza, razredivača i rastvarača. - Ispitivanje kvaliteta svih vrsta papira, tekstila. - Ispitivanje kvaliteta svih vrsta ulja i maziva. - Mehaničko-metalografska ispitivanja na materijalima i na termički obrađenim pozicijama koje su dobijene mašinskom obradom ili livenjem, presovanjem i kovanjem. - Ispitivanje vlage baruta, određivanje tačke topljenja i nasipne mase eksploziva.

Izgradnjom nove, savremene laboratorije i modernizacijom opreme stvaraju se mogućnosti za uvođenje novih metoda i većeg obima ispitivanja materijala za sopstvene potrebe kao i za pružanje usluga ispitivanja materijala trećim licima. Takođe bi se stekli uslovi za akreditovanje laboratorije od strane ATS-a.

The activity of the Laboratory for material testing is performed in several specialized laboratories: - laboratory for protection quality testing - laboratory for analytical testing - laboratory for plastic and rubber material, adhesives and pressurizers testing - laboratory for mechanical-metalographic testing - laboratory for powders and explosives testing

The following testings are performed in the laboratory: - Testing and certification of the chemical composition of all types of steel, copper and copper alloys, aluminum and aluminum alloys. - Testing of powders which are part of the pyrotechnic mixtures and all kinds of organic and inorganic materials used in the production process. - Testing of mechanical, thermal, physical-chemical properties of plastics, all kinds of natural and synthetic rubber, adhesives and pressurizers. - Testing of all types of inorganic protection on steel and aluminum. - Quality control of organic protection: paints, varnishes, coatings, solvents and diluents. - Quality testing of all types of paper and textiles. - Quality control of all kinds of oils and lubricants. - Mechanical – metallographic examination of the materials and heat-treated positions obtained by machining or molding, pressing and forging. - Testing of powder moisture, determination of melting point and bulk density of explosives.

The construction of new, modern laboratory and the equipment modernization create opportunities for implementation of new methods and large-scale testing of materials for the own use and also for the needs of third parties. It will also provide the conditions for accreditation of the laboratory by the ATS.

Posebno mesto u sistemu obezbeđenja kvaliteta zauzima metrologija. Metrološka laboratorija dugi niz godina proverava merna sredstva i sprovodi njihovo etaloniranje, kako naših tako i drugih korisnika.Tokom osamdesetih godina se razvijala da bi krajem osamdesetih prešla u novu, namenski projektovanu zgradu gde se i danas nalazi. Tada je i nabavljena većina etalona (više od 200). Zahvaljujući tome laboratorija je svih ovih godina ovlašćena od Ministarstva odbrane za 20 fizičkih veličina. U isto vreme je bila ovlašćena od strane SZMDM za neke fizičke veličine.Danas laboratorija poseduje više od 250 etalona , sa kojima se pokriva više od 30 akreditovanih metoda. Laboratorija je od 2011. god. akreditovana po standardu SRPS ISO IEC 17025 pod brojem 02-051.Laboratorija je organizovana u dve celine: laboratoriju za neelektrične veličine i laboratoriju za električne veličine u kojima se održavaju referentni uslovi u okviru (20±1)° i (23±2)°. Uslovi se kontinuirano prate i memorišu 24 sata dnevno. Svaka od laboratorija je u prostoru od 200 m2.Laboratorijski prostor je opremljen i posebnom podstanicom za napajanje i filtriranje električne energije tako da nema varijacija napona. Cela površina laboratorije je na plivajućem podu radi smanjenja uticaja vibracija. Istovremeno to je antistatik pod.


The metrology takes a special place in the system of quality assurance. For many years, the metrological laboratory has performed the inspection of measuring gauges and has conducted their calibration. These activities have been done for the elements of other customers as well. During the eighties it has been in the development phase and in the late eighties it got its own place, a newly designed building. At that period of time, most of the measures, standards have been purchased (more than 200 etalons). Thanks to the above, for all these years, this laboratory has been authorized for 20 physical values by the Ministry of Defense. At the same time, it has been authorized by SZMDM for some physical values.Today, the laboratory has more than 250 standards which cover more than 30 accredited methods. The laboratory has been accredited in 2011 as per the standard SRPS ISO IEC 17025 under the number 02-051.The laboratory is consisted of two parts: laboratory for non-electrical values and laboratory for electrical values where the reference conditions must be maintained within the range (20±1)° i (23±2)°. The conditions are continuously monitored and recorded for 24 hours a day. Each of the laboratories covers the area of 200 m2.Laboratory space is equipped with a separate substation for power supply and filtering of electricity and therefore, there is no voltage variation. The entire area of the laboratory is placed on the floating floor for the purpose of vibration effects reduction. It is antistatic floor at the same time.

This department performs all internal and final functional testings (static and dynamic tests at range of up to 200m) as well as all climate-mechanical inspections including the influence of temperature of -60°C to +80°C, humidity, dust, transport simulation (sieving, vibration, jolting, drop, jumble), safety inspections and ordnance safety.

The successful performance of procurement operations effects the conditions for continuous work process of the company, providing the necessary supplies and distributing the necessary quantities of raw material, fuel supply etc. on places in the company where are utilized. - The task of the sale department is placement of finished products and services on the market. For successful operation of these functions "Krušik" developed sales network, sales channels, proper storage, quality service and so on. - Markrting affairs of the company are to provide a successful image and brand image of the company and the sale of its products and services. Developed test methods, markets and customers, propaganda and other methods of our company acquired and maintained competitive position in the market, following its movements.

Organizacija Službe nabavke po referatima shodno srodnim vrstama materijala (crna i obojena, hemikalije, kooperacija), odgovarala je staroj organizaciji Holding Korporacije „Krušik“, koja je u svom sastavu imala i druga deoničarska društva.

Kako savremeni trendovi organizacije i komunikacije nalažu, i nova organizacija nabavne službe prilagođava se savremenim načinima poslovanja.Pored smanjenja broja izvršilaca, što službu čini efikasnijom, težnja je da se svi izvršioci upoznaju sa načinom rada i celokupnom dokumentacijom, materijalima koji se nabavljaju, specifičnostima kod pojedinih nabavki, isporučiocima i ostalim uslovima obezbeđenja sirovina, materijala i delova iz kooperacije i uvoza.Nabavka repromaterijala za prvih 9 meseci 2014 godine, veća je za 30% od istog perioda predhodne godine.

Činjenica je da je HK „Krušik“ veoma složen po vrsti poslova i proizvoda raznorodan sistem, pa samim tim predmet nabavke su veoma brojni i specifični materijali, od čelika, mesinga, olova, hemikalija, plastike, tkanine, gume, boje, oprema i rezervni delovi, koji se pri tom nabavljaju u količinama od nekoliko grama do stotine tona, do onih čija se nabavka vrši po crtežu kao pojedinačna izrada, što ovu službu čini složenijom pa samim tim i zahtevnijom. Iz tog razloga izvršioci koji rade u službi nabavke moraju biti obrazovani, iskustveni, efikasni, komunikativni, obzirom da su oni veza izmedju fabrike i isporučilaca na domaćem i INO tržištu.

The organization of the Procurement Department by activities, according to material types (ferrous, non-ferrous materials, chemicals, cooperation) corresponded to the old organization Holding Corporation „Krušik“ having also other joint stock companies as its constituents.

As current trends of organization and communication require, new organization of the Procurement Department adapts to the modern ways of doing business.In addition to reducing the number of employees, which makes the Department more efficient, there is a tendency for all the operators to be acquainted with the manner of working and the entire documentation, materials which are being purchased, specific procurement methods, deliverers, along with other conditions of obtaining raw materials, materials and items from cooperation and import. In the course of the first nine months in the year 2014, the procurement of raw materials has been increased by 30% compared to the same period of the previous year.

The fact is that the HC Krušik represents a very complex and multifarious system, consisting of both different types of activities and products, and as such the procurement items are numerous as well as specific, including steel, brass, lead, chemicals, plastics, cloth, rubber, paint, equipment and spare parts. The quantities purchased vary from a few grams to several hundreds of tons; in addition, some purchases are carried out in accordance with the drawings, as a single production, thus making the operation in this department even more intricate and demanding. Owing to the above, the officers engaged in procurement have to be well educated, skilled, efficient and communicative, considering that they are the liaison between the factory and the deliverers from domestic and foreign markets as well.

15. Marketing propaganda se brine da se u prostorijama fabrike organizuje stalna izložba (civilna i vojna). U tu svrhu se naručuju elementi i vitrine koji se inače koriste na sajmovima te na interesantan i instruktivan način prikazuju celokupnu proizvodnju fabrike.

16. Blagovremeno naručuje eksponate novih proizvoda, vrši zanavljanje postojećih koji su interesantni za izlaganje u fabrici na stalnoj izložbi, domaćim i medjunarodnim sajmovima i izložbama.

Uz ove glavne funkcije odeljenje marketing propagande treba da putem propagandinih poruka stvara povoljno mišljenje o svom proizvodu, da učvršćuje i popularizuje ime preduzeća i njegovu reputaciju.

Acquiring new product samples on time, renovating the existing ones that are interesting to be displayed at factory permanent exhibitions/showroom, as well as in domestic and foreign fairs and exhibitions.

equipment intended predominantly for foreign markets), Sales

Department carries out the business, providing the most important

link with the market and with the customer, which means that its

main task is to create conditions that will enable the long-term

permanent increase in factory sales and services.

U zavisnosti od vrste proizvoda i usluga poslovi u Službi prodaje se mogu svrstati na civilni, odnosno namenski deo. Aktivnosti vezane za namenski deo predstavljaju poslove koji su usmereni na plasman naoružanja i vojne opreme, kao i usluga namenskog karaktera, dok je druga grupa poslova orijentisana na prodaju proizvoda i pružanje usluga namenjenih civilnoj potrošnji. Imajući u vidu strateški pravac fabrike, o kom dovoljno govori podatak da plasman namenskih proizvoda i usluga učestvuje u ukupnoj realizaciji sa više od 95%, očigledno je da su poslovi usmereni na ovaj deo potpuno dominantni. Daljom diferencijacijom prodajnih aktivnosti, po kriterijumu sedišta kupca, dolazimo do podele na izvozne poslove i poslove orijentisane na plasman proizvoda i usluga domaćim kupcima.


Depending on the type of a product and service, the sales

department activity can be related to civilian or defense program.

One side there are activities related to the placing weapons and

military equipment on the market and services for specific purposes,

while on the other side there is a group of activities focused on

selling products and offering services for civilian use. The strategy

of the factory itself, including fact that total completed defense

products sold on the market are increased approx. 95%, consider

defense production as dominant. By further differentiation of sales

activity and according to the criterion of the customer, we come

owards the division of the export business and business-oriented

marketing of products and services to domestic customers.

The ability to adapt to modern business standards, which require different methods and techniques for implementing sales activities, service sales in recent years has achieved remarkable results.As a support of this statement is following:Since the beginning of 2014, 35 new contracts whose total value exceeds $ 42 million have been signed. In the same period 300 offers were sent whose value is approximately $ 700 million. There are serious indications that in the coming period some of the offers who may result in multimillion contracts. Its implementation would have a huge impact on the financial consolidation of the factory.Within its competence and as a part of an enterprise that is closest to the customers, sales department will continue to efficiently service their needs. Sales department's primary role is to carry out business in accordance with current market trends. This department will, by gathering and presenting information from the market, continue tosupport strategic management.

Zahvaljujući sposobnosti adaptacije savremenim poslovnim standardima, koji zahtevaju drugačije metode i tehnike sprovođenja prodajnih aktivnosti, Služba prodaje je u proteklom periodu ostvarila zapažene rezultate. U prilog ovoj konstataciji govore i sledeći podaci: od početka 2014. god. je potpisano 35 novih ugovora, čija ukupna vrednost iznosi preko 42.000.000 USD, s tim što je u istom periodu urađeno i poslato preko 300 ponuda, vrednosti oko 700.000.000 USD. Postoje ozbiljne indicije da će u narednom periodu još neke od poslatih ponuda rezultirati višemilionskim ugovorima čija realizacija bi imala ogroman uticaj na finansijsku konsolidaciju fabrike.Služba prodaje će u okviru svojih kompentencija, kao deo preduzeća koji je najbliži kupcima, nastaviti da što efikasnije servisira njihove potrebe. Obavljajući svoju primarnu ulogu, trudeći se, pritom, da poslove realizuje u skladu sa aktuelnim tržišnim tendencijama. Služba prodaje će, prikupljajući i prezentujući informacije sa tržišta, biti i dalje u funkciji podrške strateškom menadžmentu.

U okviru aktivnosti prodajne službe, vrši se jednom godišnje anketa o zadovoljstvu kupaca kvalitetom i cenom naših proizvoda, uslugama, načinom i uslovima plaćanja, brzinom odgovora na upite itd. Prilikom poslednjeg merenja, kupcima je postavljeno 18 pitanja i na osnovu njihovog odgovora dobijena je prosečna ocena 4,3 (ocenjuje se od 1 do 5). To nas obavezuje da održimo postojeći nivo kvaliteta proizvoda i usluga sa težnjom da isti u nastupajućem periodu podignemo na još viši nivo.

The procurement of the raw material in the first 8 months in 2014, is in increase for 15% in compare to the last year period.The questionnaire about the quality, prices of our products, services, payments, offer responses etc. is being conducted by our Clients within activities of our Sales Department. The last questionnaire consisted of 18 questions. Our company was evaluated 4.5 (evaluation from 1 to 5), according to the responses of our Clients. Our further obligation is to maintain the same level of quality of the products and services and also to advance it to the next.

Sektor ekonomsko-finansijskih poslova trenutno ima 26 zaposlenih. Broj zaposlenih u Sektoru u odnosu na prethodnu godinu smanjen je za oko 60%, delom po osnovu odlaska zaposlenih u penziju i po osnovu Socijalnog programa u 2013. godini, a delom zbog reorganizacije koja se sprovodi u preduzeću kojom je jedan broj zaposlenih premešten sa administrativnih radnih mesta na proizvodna radna mesta. Osnovni zadaci i poslovi Ekonomske službe su da izračunava sve relevantne parametre, pravi analize, planove i izveštaje i na vreme prezentira rukovodstvu “Krušika”, a po potrebi i ostalim službama u svrhu donošenja pravilnih poslovnih odluka i iznalaženja optimalnih rešenja.

Osnovni zadaci racunovodstvene službe su: prijem i kontrola računovodstvenih isprava, kontiranje, međusobno usklađivanje poslovnih promena koje se obuhvataju računovodstvenom evidencijom, periodično i godišnje usaglašavanje, izrada završnog računa kao osnovnog izveštajnog oblika i njegovo podnošenje nadležnim državnim organima u propisanom roku.Rukovođenje poslovima Službe računovodstva obavlja Šef službe računovodstva. Finansijska služba neposredno sarađuje sa ostalim službama u Sektoru, kako bi pravovremeno obezbedila informacije o potrebnim sredstvima i izvorima sredstava, ceni pozajmljenih sredstava, stvarnom i optimalnom obimu angažovanih sredstava i dugoročnoj finansijskoj situaciji „Krušika”, a u svrhu uspešnog realizovanja svojih aktivnosti.Rukovođenje poslovima Finansijske službe obavlja Šef finansijske službe.

The main tasks of Financial Services are as follows: to acquire, sell and restore funding in accordance with the financial policy, as part of Business Policy, in order to preserve and increase financial strength „Krušik”. Financial services directly cooperates with other services in the sector, in order to secure information of necessary means and sources of funds, amount of borrowed funds, the actual and optimal concerning the scope of resources and long-term financial situation of "Krušik" for the purpose of successful realization of their activities. Management of Financial services is performed by Chief Financial Officer.

Donošenjem nove organizacije koja se očekuje u bliskoj budućnosti, dobiće se jedan organizaciono bolji i efikasniji „Krušik“ čiju će organizaciju konsultovati druga privredna društva a posebno iz grupacije odbrambene industrije Republike Srbije. Takođe, mora se izgraditi praksa po kojoj će „Krušik“ upoređivati svoje elemente organizacije sa odabranim i renomiranim velikim industrijskim privrednim društvima iz zemlje ali i inostranstva.

Organizacija je jedan od prvih i najvažnijih činilaca koji obezbeđuje uspešno postojanje i razvoj privrednog društva. Kako je „Krušik“ dobitnik Oskara kvaliteta, ima sertifikovan IMS, posluje u delatnosti od posebnog interesa, obavezan je da ima najbolju organizaciju i da je stalno preispituje i poboljšava.

measures to improve" developed by the Department for organizing the logistics sector, presents realistic aspects of Krusik's future

development. Vigorous and indiscriminate implementation of recommended measures through operational plans and programs as well as

full contribution of top management, are provided to ensure leadership in the field of organization when it comes to large industrial

companies such as the Holding Corporation "Krušik" ad Valjevo.

Otherwise, due to the many negative impacts of current global market, the vision may be compromised, including other elements of IMS

"Quality Policy", the implementation of the business plans of the company, growth and development and in the worst case, the survival of

the company.

Problem stvaranja bezbednih uslova rada i zaštite zdravlja zaposlenih javlja se u svim delatnostima i procesima rada. Rizici različite vrste i nivoa zahtevaju utvrđivanje, analizu i primenu odgovarajućih mera. U tom smislu poslovi bezbednosti i zdravlja na radu, zaštite životne sredine i zaštite od požara i spasavanja u Holding Korporaciji „Krušik” a.d. su objedinjeni u Službu BiZNR.

Mere bezbednosti i zdravlja na radu Službe BiZNR predstavljaju aktivnosti usmerene ka smanjenju rizika i eliminaciji opasnosti i štetnosti, odnosno smanjenju povređivanja na radnim mestima, poboljšanju uslova radne i životne sredine, praćenju zdravstvenog stanja zaposlenih, osposobljavanju za bezbedan i zdrav rad, kao i sve ostale aktivnosti koje su usmerene ka obavljanju rada na bezbedan i siguran način.

Opasnosti i štetnosti koje su, u većoj ili manjoj meri , prisutne na svakom radnom mestu mogu dovesti do povređivanja ili narušavanja zdravlja zaposlenih. Stepen konkretnih opasnosti i štetnosti definiše se preko rizika odnosno identifikacijom na mestu rada. Mere bezbednosti i zdravlja na radu ove službe predstavljaju aktivnosti usmerene ka smanjenju rizika i eliminaciji opasnosti i štetnosti .

DEPARTMENT OF SAFETY AND HEALTH AT WORK SLUŽBA BEZBEDNOSTI I ZDRAVLJA NA RADU

The issue of creating safe working conditions and health of employees occurs in all activities and work process. The risks of different types and levels require identification, analysis and application of appropriate measures. Thus, safety and health at work, environmental protection, fire protection and rescue team are incorporated in the Service BiZNR. Safety and health at work provides activities aimed to risk reduction and elimination of hazards and adversities, also reduction of injuries on the workplace, improving working conditions and environmental monitoring of the health status of employees, training for safe and healthy work and all other activities that are in relation with work performance in safe and secure manner. Dangers and hazards that are, to a greater or lesser extent, present in every workplace can lead to injury of health of employees. The degree of specific risks and hazards are defined through risk identification and on the site. Safety and health at work has activities aimed to risk reduction and elimination of hazards and adversities.

Idući u korak sa savremenim svetom i prateći tehnička dostignuća u HK „Krušik” stvoren je novi koncept, odnosno uspostavljen sistem kvaliteta QMS, i integrisani sistem kvaliteta IMS za zaštitu životne sredine i bezbednosnost i zdravlje na radu. Sve aktivnosti su usmerene ka objektivnom, nepristrasnom i profesionalnom upravljanju sistemom bezbednosti i zdravlja na radu, zaštitom od požara i spasavanja, zaštitom životne sredine, vanrednim situacijama, pa tako i udesima pri radu sa opasnim materijama i u svim drugim situacijama u kojima prevencija ima osnovnu ulogu. Sve ovo ima za cilj poboljšanje uslova rada, sprečavanje i smanjenje povreda na radu, sprečavanje i smanjenje zagađenja životne sredine, uz poštovanje propisa, međunarodnih konvencija i preporuka, primenu savremenih metoda i postupaka rada u okviru delatnosti, racionalno korišćenje ljudskih i tehničkih resursa. Trajni cilj je neprekidno poboljšanje.

Služba „Obezbeđenja” sprovodi mere zaštite imovine i ljudstva u HK „Krušik” a.d..Poslove i radne zadatke na obezbeđenju fabrike koji se obavljaju neprekidno u turnusu izvršavaju zaposleni u službi raspoređeni u 4 voda, sa po 16 izvršilaca u svakom vodu.Većina objekata u kojima se obavlja proces proizvodnje, a i magacini su u opasnom krugu (zoni), odnosno u kategoriji opasnosti 1 i 2, kako je predviđeno aktom o proceni rizika na radnom mestu i u radnoj okolini.Svaki objekat se obilazi posle 15 sati i ograda sa unutrašnje, a po potrebi i sa spoljašnje strane. Sve uočene negativnosti i radnje se evidentiraju i obaveštavaju odgovorna lica da iste otklone.Obilazak se vrši na svaka 2 sata, a vreme obilaska se preklapa.U toku smene obavljaju se po potrebi i sledeći poslovi vezani za angažovanje zaposlenih u službi:- Prevoz povređenih, bolesnih i sl. (po potrebi)- Eventualne intervencije kod upada trećih lica- Neophodno prisustvo prilikom uništavanja (spaljivanja) otpadnog materijala- Pratnja „B” materije po potrebi- Poslovi vezani za varenje, brušenje, sečenje- Nalivanje sistema vodom i sl.

”SECURITY” DEPARTMENT

”Security” Department conducts the measures for the protection of property and personnel in the Holding Corporation „Krušik” a.d..All duties and tasks related to the factory securing are performed continuously by the workers deployed in four lines with 16 officers in each line. Most of the facilities, where the production processes are performed, as well as the warehouses, are located in danger area i.e. in 1 and 2 hazard categories plants as prescribed by the Act on the risk assessment in workplaces and working environment. Each facility including the fence on the inside and, if necessary, from the outside, is touring after 15 hours. All the observed deficiencies and actions are recorded and the responsible persons are informed about it in order to be able to remove and resolve them. The tour is conducted every two hours and the tour time is overlapped.During the work shift, the employees from this department are also engaged in the following activities:- Transportation of injured, sick and others (optionally)- Any intervention at a third party intrusion- Mandatory presence during destruction of waste material- Escort of „B” materials, if necessary - Activities related to welding, grinding, cutting- System water supply and similar

U okviru službe postoji i vatrogasna jedinica koja je formirana daleke 1946 godine da sprovodi preventivne i represivne mere na zaštiti imovine u fabrici i eventualno u gradu Valjevu. Nagrađivana je više puta za postignute rezultate od opštinskih i republičkih upravljačkih struktura.Vatrogasna jedinica izvršava po potrebi i poslove čišćenja snega, otpušavanja mokrih čvorova, pranja ulica i sl., samim tim se vrši ušteda u materijalnim troškovima preduzeća.

Organizacija i rad službe „Obezbeđenja” regulisani su određenim normativnim aktima.

Within this department, there is the fire brigade that has been formed back in 1946 to conduct preventive and repressive measures to protect the factory property and surrounding areas in Valjevo, if needed. „KRUŠIK-IRC” d.o.o. je jednočlano društvo za istraživanje I razvoj osnovano Odlukom Skupštine HK„Krušik”a.d. Br 9 od 15.03. 2007 godine. Nastao kao naslednik Istraživačke razvojne jedinice koja je bila u sastavu osnivača i bavi se izradom projekata za pokretanje proizvodnje novih artikala, uvođenje novih tehnoloških postupaka uz primenu savremenih naučnih dostignuća i uključivanje naučnih institucija.Shodno Zakonu o inovacionoj delatnosti ( Sl. Glasnik br.110/2005 i 18/2010 ) centar je upisan u Registar inovacione organizacija pod brojem: 110-00-6/2008-01 . Registar je deo elektronske i javnosti dostupne baze podataka koju vodi kod Ministarstva prosvete, nauke i tehnološkog razvojaš to je uslov da može konkurisati za sufinansiranje projekata iz budžeta RS po Javnim pozivima za tehnološki razvoj i Javnim pozivima za inovacionu delatnost koji se raspisuju jedan put godišnje.Realizacija programa inovacione delatnosti vrši se putem inovacionih i razvojnih projekata u skladu sa Zakonom o inovacionoj delatnosti. Po pravilu inovacioni projekti traju jednu a razvojni dve godine.

KRUŠIK-IRC LLC is a single- memebred research and development assosiation founded according to the Decision of the Assembly of HK Krušik, no. 9, dated March 15th, 2007. It was originated from the Research- developmental Unit, the part of the founders. The center is engaged in development of projects for new production, new technoligical procedures with contemporary scientific acievements, including scientific institutions. According to the Law on Innovation (Sl. Bulletin no.110 / 2005 and 18/2010), the center was entered in the Register of innovation organization number: 110-00-6 / 2008-01. The register is a part of the electronic and publicly accessible database maintained by the Ministry of Education in Science and Technology. The the criterion for entering into competition with projects funded from the budget of Republic of Serbia for public calls for technological development and innovative activities once a year. The implementation of a program of innovative activities is done through innovation and development projects in accordance with the Law on innovation. The innovation projects last one and development projects for years.

Osnovna delatnost „KRUŠIK-IRC-a” je usmerana na projekte vezane za:-obrada metala-obrada signala-biotehnologije-solarne programe i programe energetske efikasnosti

Stručni ljudi „ KRUŠIK - IRC-a” zajedno sa stručnim kadrovima osnivača , HK „Krušik” a.d., učestvuju u izradi projekata za racionalizaciju poslovanja, osavremenjavanje i inoviranje postojećih procesa i proizvoda kao i uvođenju novih proizvodnih programa i proizvoda u HK „KRUŠIK ”a.d.U izradi projekata se primenjuju znanja i savremene tehnologije kroz saradnju sa istraživačkim timovima naučnih instituta i fakulteta.U okviru istraživačkih aktivnosti na polju biotehnologije pokrenuto je nekoliko projekata među kojima su neki i višestruko nagrađivani na raznim takmičenjima.

Since the establishment of the entity Ministry co-financed several projects: 1. Technical and economic analysis of parachute for illuminating mortar shell and protectiveequipment in facility HK Krušik a.d.2. The equipping innovative center "Krušik IRC" LLC 3. Project of introduction of new methods of quality control and improvement of existing in which the applicant Krušik IRC. LLC is the holder of implementation.

Project was initiated by production of protective clothes at a facility HK "Krušik" ad, the building for production renovated , tools inovated, repaired the old and purchased new equipment with funds from the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development. New equipment for the chemical laboratory was purchesed by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development, in addition new process controls for HK "Krušik" ad and for third parties will be introduced. The center is equipped with office and computer equipment- funds from the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development.

Od osnivanja privrednog subjekta Ministarstvo je sufinansiralo

nekoliko projekata:1. Tehnoekonomska analiza proizvodnje padobrana za osvetljava-

juća sredstva specijalne namene i HTZ opreme u pogonu

HK „Krušik” a.d.2. Opremanje inovativnog centa „Krušik IRC” d.o.o.3. Projekat uvođenja novih metoda kontrole kvaliteta i unapređenje

postojećih u kojima je podnosilac prijave i nosilac realizacije bio

Krušik IRC d.o.o..

Realizacijom projekata pokrenuta je proizvodnja HTZ odeće u

pogonu HK „Krušik” a.d , renoviran je objekat za proizvodnju,

inovirani su alati, reparirana je stara i nabavljena nova oprema,

sredstvima Ministarstva prosvete, nauke i tehnološkog razvoja. Nabavljena je nova oprema za hemijsku laboratoriju, sredstvima

Ministarstva prosvete , nauke i tehnološkog razvoja, i biće uvedeni

novi procesi kontrole za potrebe HK „Krušik” a.d i za treća lica. Sem toga centar je opremljen kancelarijskom i računarskom

opremom, sredstvima Ministarstva prosvete, nauke i tehnološkog

razvoja.

Sem pomenutih projekata urađeno je nekoliko projekata za potrebe HK „Krušik“ a.d. 1. Istraživanje i izrada inovacionog projekta u sistemu povrata kondenzata u pogonu Energetike u cilju uštede energenata, vode i soli .2. Izrada i implementacija inovacionog projekta uštede vode na postrojenju za hlađenje procesne opreme u Livnici obojenih metala..3. Istraživanje i izrada projekta za proizvodnju energije iz obnovljivih izvora-drvne biomase.4. Unapređenje proizvodnog procesa u RJ3 mehaničke obrade HK”Krušik”a.d. pogon 1- serijska proizvodnja uvođenjem novog postupka obrade međufaznog fluida.5. Obrada otpadnih voda u pogonu specijalne municije.6. Uvođenje novog postupka obrade industrijske vode i obezbe- đenja vode za piće u okviru sistema HK „Krušik” a.d.

Sem gore pomenutog, istraživači „Krušik-IRC-a” su nagrađeni na Takmičenju za najbolju tehnološku inovaciju :1. Inoviranje tehnološkog procesa proizvodnje bioetanola primenom postupka filtracije i bistrenja obrađene komine žitarica i korišćenjem imobilizovanih enzima i imobilizovanih kvasaca. Projekat je zaštićen patentom br 51762 kod Zavoda za patente2. Proizvodnja imobilizovane hemijski modifikovane invertaze (IHMI).U ovom projektu koji je dobio nagradu za Najbolju tehnološku inovaciju Srbije u 2010 godini dva člana tima su bili zaposleni u „Krušik-IRC-u”.

Apart from the above mentioned projects, several project is being done for HK „Krušik” a.d.:1. Research and manufacturing innovation project in the condensate return system in Energy Department in order to save energy, water and salt. 2. Construction and implementation of an innovation project to save water at the cooling plant of in the of non-ferrous metals processing plant. 3. Research and project for the production of energy from renewable sources-biomass. 4. Improvement of manufacturing process in working unit 3 mechanical treatment HK „Krušik” a.d. plant 1-series production and introduction of a new treatment processing fluid interphase. 5. Wastewater treatment plant in special ammunition plant. 6. Implemetation of new treatment process of industrial water and providing drinking water within the system HK „Krušik” a.d..

Apart from the foregoing, the researchers „Krušik-IRC” have been a w a r d e d f o r t h e b e s t t e c h n o l o g i c a l i n n o v a t i o n : 1. Inovational technological process for ethanol production by process of filtration and clarification of processed grains and using immobilization of enzymes and yeast immobilization. The project is protected by patent number 51762 with the Patent Office

2. Production of immobilized chemically modified invertase (IHMI).In this project, awarded for the best technological innovation in Serbia in 2010, two team members were employed in „Krušik-IRC”.

Istraživačko razvojni centar je dobio Nagradu Grada Valjeva dva puta i to u 2009 godini za uspešne rezultate ostvarene u 2008 godini i 2011 godine za uspešne rezultate ostvarene u 2010 godini.

Sem toga, Savez pronalazača i autora tehničkih unapređenja Beograd nagradio je pronalazače Krušik-IRC-a sledećim nagradama:- Srebrnom medaljom sa likom Nikole Tesle u okviru izlaganja na Sajmu „PRONALAZAŠTVO BEOGRAD 2010“ iz oblasti tehnologija za Inoviranje tehnološkog procesa proizvodnje bioetanola primenom postupka filtracije i bistrenja obrađene komine žitarica i korišćenjem imobilizovanih enzima i imobilizovanih kvasaca. - Zlatnom medaljom sa likom Nikole Tesle u okviru izlaganja na Sajmu „PRONALAZAŠTVO BEOGRAD 2011“ iz oblasti pronalazaka za Novi biokatalizator imobilisana hemijski modifikovana invertaza IHMI.
