SADDLEBAG SUPPORTSTo fit Kriega saddlebags the bike MUST have saddlebag supports fitted.These are model specific, available as accessories from bike manufacturers or other after market suppliers.

SADDLEBAG FITTING INSTRUCTIONS

1. FIT THE TWO MOUNTING STRAPS TO THE SADDLEBAGS.

2. SET THE STRAP LENGTHPlace the saddlebags over the seat. Adjust the mounting straps to the correct length for the width of the bike.

3. LOCK-OFF THE STRAPSOnce the correct width has been set, the mounting straps MUST be locked-off to avoid them coming loose.

4. FASTEN THE CLOSURE STRAPSFit the bottom closure straps around the saddlebag support and bring them under the bag to the outside.4a Pull the bottom closure strap tight to ensure the saddlebag is firmly against the support. Select a loop on the bottom strap to hook the top strap through so both straps are taught. (This will vary depending on how full the saddlebag is).4b Pull down on the top strap to take-up the slack until the saddlebag feels very secure.Finally, tidy the loose strap ends with the hook & loop fasteners.

IMPORTANTThe closure straps must be secured to a Saddlebag Support to hold the bag in position and prevent it from clashing with the rear wheel.

Fit the two saddlebag mounting straps as shown in 1 a,b,c NOTE: the blank buckles (ie: no kriega.com) should be fitted to the saddlebag.Frame loops included with the saddlebag are secured to the bike frame.

1. FIT THE FRAME LOOPS Remove the bike seat and locate the most suitable position to mount the two loops to the bike subframe on the opposite side to the saddlebag support. Fix the straps as shown below. Loose strap ends can be cut down if required.

2. FIT THE SADDLEBAGHook the mounting straps through the frame loops.Finally fasten the closure straps as shown in 4a,b.

REAR FRAME LOOP With the buckle facing up, feed the strap under the subframe and up though the opening at the rear of the tail light.Feed the strap back under the rear subframe and thread through the buckle.Pull tightly to take up any slack and feed the strap back through the buckle to lock-off.

FRONT FRAME LOOP With the buckle facing up, feed the strap under the subframe and loop back around and thread through the buckle.Pull tightly taking up the slack and finally thread the strap back through the buckle to lock-off.Any loose strap ends can be hidden under the seat.

CARE INSTRUCTIONSThe white liner can be easily removed for cleaning. Both the liner and the main pack can be hand washed in warm water with mild soap. CAUTION: detergents will damage the waterproof fabric coatings. DO NOT tumble-dry or place on direct sources of heat.
