1. Results & Rank of Test Series (Sit Down at Center): 1.1. Score card of each Test will be given to the s tudent. It includes subject wise and overall percentile, all India percentile rank and analysis

of resul t. 1.2. The detailed resul t with question wise personalized and relative analysis of performance will also be available on Career Point’s websi te-

www.careerpointgroup.com 1.3. Online evaluation will also be done using “a2zFeedback

TM Technology” and personalized & comparative feed back will be given so that

s tudent can improve upon his/her weak areas .

2. Admit Card for Test: We send acknowledgement card to all enrolled s tudents which will serve the purpose of Admit Card for the fi rs t tes t. 2.1. Admit Card of all enrolled s tudent will be sent to thei r respective Test Center. Student can collect thei r Admit Card from the Test Center

Rules & Regulations

1. Career Point reserves the sole right of admission, change of schedule, venue for Test Centers and any other terms/conditions . Rules &

Regulations for the Test Series will be binding upon all the s tudents and parents .

2. Career Point does not hold any responsibility for any kind of postal i rregulari ties and delays .

3. A plea that the s tudent failed to receive the intimation of permission to appear in the test will not be accepted as a reason for refund of fee or

any other redress . The insti tute is also not responsible for any postal delay.

4. Student must attend the Test Series regularly. Student and parents will be sole responsible for student’s absenteeism from the Test Series.

5. Students must maintain a strict discipline. Defaulters will be restricted from the institute without refund of fee.

6. Enrolled s tudents are expected to progress satisfactorily. Any s tudent, whose record falls below the minimum acceptable s tandard, will be

asked to withdraw from the insti tute. In such cases fees paid will not be refunded.

7. If a s tudent is found to have taken admission by way of forged marks sheets , signature of parents etc., his/her admission will be terminated

and full fee will be forfei ted.

8. Our course material is exclusively for the use of our bonafide s tudents only. Since we reserve all copy right privileges over this material, i t shall

not be redistributed, sold, loaned or copied. If a s tudent is found to have allowed our study material to be misused, his/her enrolment with

Career Point will be terminated without refund of fee and action will be taken against such s tudent as per copy right act. Our decision in such

case will be final .

9. If there is a change in the syllabus during the academic session, the insti tute on its own shall make all possible efforts to cover the revised

syllabus . However, i t will not be binding on the insti tute and no obligation for any such commitment shall be entertained in any case.

10. For Test Series at Test Center Students

a . Every s tudent must produce his/her I-card while entering the Test Center. A student without I-card will not be permitted to appear

in the Test.

b. Duplicate I-card may be issued on cash payment of ` 300/- in case a s tudent loses his/her I-card.

c. Every s tudent is required to maintain s trict discipline at the Test Center. Defaul ters may be rusticated without refund of fee.

d. Test Series will be conducted at all the test Centers simultaneously. Under unforeseen ci rcumstances , Career Point authori ties may

change the venue or even cancel a particular test at any of the Centers . Retest will not be held in such a case. Only Test Papers may

be given for a cancelled test.

e. Career Point may cancel any test Center i f deemed necessary. In that case, full fee shall be refunded to the s tudent, who has opted

for that center.

11. We reserve the right to deny admission to a s tudent without giving any reason.

12. We reserve the right to make additions and alternations in the rules, working hours , and timetable and test series as may be deemed

necessary from time to time without any prior information.

13. In matters not covered in above rules and regulations , the decision of Career Point’s Di rector shall be and binding to students and thei r

Career Point Kota along with a Test Centre change fee of ` 300/- (` Three Hundred Rupees) in the form of DD in the favor of "Career Point"

payable at Kota)

HOW TO FILL OMR APPLICATION FORM For Distance Learning Courses

1. OMR Application Form is a computerized form. It will be processed by OMR scanning machine. Therefore, you are advised to fill i t very

carefully as per the ins tructions given below, otherwise your form will be rejected.

2. Wri te only English Block Letters and Numerals in the Rectangular Boxes and darken the corresponding oval completely.

3. Use only HB Pencil to darken the ovals and Blue/Black ball pen for all other entries .

4. Do no Staple, Pin, Fold, Wrinkle, Scrabble, Tear, and Wet or Damage the form in any way. Damaged forms are liable to be rejected.

5. Completely filled sample Application Form is given for your reference in the pages to follow.
