Korean omelet in the heart shape Ingredients:
4 eggs ½ of carrot
green onion salt oil
1. Cut carrot and onion into tiny pieces 2. Break the egg and mix it gently 3. Remove 2 spoon of the egg mixture to be used later

4. Mix it together with eggs, adding 1 spoon of the
salt 5. In the small ball add a little oil and soak a piece of napkin into it 6. Use that napkin to scroll around the pan at the medium heat 7. Pour about 1/4 of egg mixture into the pan 8. When the surface of the egg starts to cool, roll it in about one inch 9. Add some more oil 10. Pour the same amount of egg mixture and roll it the same way, until the egg
mixture is over. And you’ll get this:

11. Wait for one minute, then cut the
egg 12. You can serve it like this as well or in order to get the heart shape, cyt the
piece of the egg diagonally, then make the heart shape out of two cut pieces, by changing the side of one pieces
13. Deep the eggs into the egg mixture, that we saved before and fried it again at the medium heat.
