Short Film & Documentary section will be screened at Sisir Manch from 11-17 November 2014 under 20th KIFF banner. Extended Film Festivals will be held at Bardhaman and Siliguri as usual from 19-25 November and 22-28 November 2014. Exhibition: A colorful and relevant exhibition related to Suchitr Sen’s contribution in the film industry will be presented at GAGANENDRA Pradarshani Sala during festival days. Satyajit Ray Memorial Lecture Delivered by Gobind Nihalini Seminar: Sub: ‘The Archival Importance of Digital Technology,’ ‘Has the Magic of Cinema Waned with Digital Technology,’ ‘What is Arab Cinema,’ Çhildren of the Silver Screen’, ‘How Much Does a Director Rely on His Actor’, and ‘Women in Bengali Films / Women in Iranian Films’. Contributory Pass: Rs. 60/- and Rs. 80/- for all shows. Rs. 60/- for all ticket shows of Purbashree (Salt Lake) All contribution proceedings will be deposited to CM’s Relief Fund and Film Workers’ Welfare Fund.
