In this city full of sights and monuments, the Madárhegy green area in Újbuda (11th district), close to the heart of Budapest, is where the Triad Real Estate Ltd. has planned to integrate its new homes. A few years ago this area was underdeveloped, but by now it has turned into one of the most demandable sites for real estate development, with new condominiums flourishing around this part of town.A garden and an underground parking area is also provided with each unit. Each building is furnished with its own elevator in order to make our buyers’ lives more comfortable. While designing our homes we were thinking in optimum solutions in which combine together the buildings and the green spaces to create a harmonious environment.
