3 Youth for Christ Our local youth centre has a drop-in for youth on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. There are presently an average of over 20 young people who come on a regular basis. Youth for Christ presently has 2 volunteers running this program, but would appreciate more help. If you could give a couple hours of your time to assist with this needed program, please speak with Sue Knowlton (519-291-4133) or Kevin Nethercott (519-291-9296 or [email protected])

2015 Income Tax Receipts are available for pick up in the office during regular office hours.

Session Committee Members Needed: There are spaces for one member of the Christian Education Committee and two members for the AV Committee. If you are interested and able to help out please contact Clare Hood or Pam in the office. Thanks for your help in this area.

On Sunday February 21st “The Journeymen” quartet will be sharing their music with us before and during the worship service. The members of the quartet are: Bob Shaw; Bob Wilson; Bob Cooper; and Doug Sargent (who also sings in the choir here at Knox). They have been singing together for 14 years, led and accompanied by Joan Wilson. They sing a mixed style of music, with southern gospel as their forte.

YFC is holding their annual fundraising banquet on Friday, April 8. Kevin Pauls will provide some wonderful entertainment and again this year, we will have a silent and live auction with Dave Johnston auctioneering. If you would like to host a table of 8 guests for $200, be sure to call us early as the tables do sell out quickly. We would also appreciate donations to be used for our auctions. It’s your participation in this way that makes our auctions possible Please contact the office (519-291-9296) if you have something we could include in the auctions. If you have any questions about the event, please speak with Sue Knowlton (519-291-4133).
