GoalsGoals• Make municipal leaders aware of the

research, have them contribute to it, and have them feel it reflects their concerns and needs.

• Give the recommendations of this research a real life in the reshaping of our system of local governance.

• Provide municipal, provincial and federal policy makers and political leaders with the tools and a roadmap for integrating this research into their planning processes.
