It’s hard to believe we’ll soon be celebrating 5 years in business. What began as a concept to work creatively with my infant son in tow has flourished into something more exciting than I could have imagined. Our growing team recently moved into a beautiful 2,000 square foot studio in Brooklyn, where we have the space we need to brainstorm over chocolate and coffee, make our products, and package shipments to you!
Last year, we began working to reach our customers in new ways and added hundreds of shops around the globe to our fleet of stockists. This year, we’ll expand our line in new directions, and with a larger team, ship products to you more quickly than ever. We now have a dedicated accounts team closely managing our orders and happy to answer any questions you may have, so please don’t hesitate to be in touch.

Turnaround Time:Kindly allow 1-3 weeks for your order to be processed prior to shipment.
Payment: Orders are payable by check, card, or PayPal. Payments are processed at the time of shipment. In the case that a credit card is not on file, you will be emailed a final invoice with shipping costs — due within one week — when your order is ready. Net 30 terms may be requested by existing customers. Late payments will accrue interest of 10% per month.
Shipping: All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail unless an alternate carrier is requested. Shipping costs are carried by the buyer + $5 packaging costs. Any duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Knot & Bow is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage. Insurance or expedited shipping options are available upon request.
Backorders: In the case of an item being backordered, you will be contacted with a new shipping timeline for the item and given the opportunity to remove it from your order. Backorders are shipped immediately as they become available.
Adjustments, Returns & Cancellations: Adjustments must be made within 24 hours of submitting your order. Orders may not be cancelled. Any reductions to your order not reported within 24 hours will be issued a restocking fee of 20% of the removed items. Returns of wholesale orders are not accepted except in the case that damaged or incorrect stock is received. In that case, please contact us within seven days of receipt.
Online Selling: Resale of Knot & Bow products on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Facebook and Instagram is not permitted.
