“Tactical, High Performance Healthcare Advisory”
Healthcare is an ever-evolving industry, full of constant regulatory, fiscal,
legal, technological and delivery change and improvement. Minutes separate
success from failure, life and death.
Having the resources, expertise and ability to stay ahead of the curve in this
environment is challenging, but paramount. Even more difficult is having the
foresight to predict change, retain profitability and constantly improve on
performance, efficiency and clinical outcomes.
Klerity delivers these resources in a tactical, timely and actionable manner.
Combining proprietary internal data, expertise and speed to implementation
we provide organizations with the support and flexibility needed to promote
best-practices, become industry leaders and sustain clinical excellence.
We are advisors, partners and a useful knowledge base for our clients.
About Klerity
Klerity is an advisory firm with a unique focus, much like the spelling of it’s name.
We have spent the bulk of our careers inside of hospitals, working as employees,
consultants, advisors and clinicians. Our experiences have taught us well, including
the best approaches to profitable, innovative and constructive healthcare delivery.
We are structured to provide critical resources for a variety of problems, initiatives
and services. Most importantly, however, is the manner in which these services are
rendered. We are timely, fact-based and accurate. Our solutions are measurable, and
our engagements are succinct.
We base our progress on fact, and utilize an internal data visualization tool to do so.
At the core of our philosophy is proper decision making protocol, use of accurate
data and implementing the steps to sustainable and ongoing improvement.
We aim to increase the value in your organization by acting as partners and advisors.
By helping you increase market share, clinical outcomes, community relationships,
physician and patient satisfaction and ongoing initiative success, we create stronger,
more efficient and effective organizations.
“Pronounced \kler-ə-tē\, clarity comes from the latin word claritat,
meaning: “the quality or state of being clear.”

Tactical Resource Teams
Klerity designs each engagement with maximum impact, but
minimal disruption to current initiatives and projects. We do
this in team format, ensuring the most appropriate, and
knowledgeable team members for each task.
Specialty Engagements, called KPR’s are led by a team leader
whose primary expertise falls into one category. Other team
members are selected by qualification, length and necessity.
Tactical Resource Teams have one goal: to provide invaluable
assessment, fact-based review, critical and actionable data, and
the requisite steps to implementation for each project.
Teams strive to provide the resources for critical outcomes,
growth and initiative success, while utilizing and maximizing
those already in hand. We act as partners, encouraging internal
champions: both employees and physicians - and highlighting
success.
Our engagements are timely, with the unique ability to provide
critical and immediate impact (Speed to Impact). They are
actionable, with ability to provide action steps and a project
framework. They are measurable, providing useful and tactical
data. They are succinct: there is a measurable and achievable
end-point.
Fact-Based and Outcomes Driven
We use a customized dashboard tool, dubbed Klerview to
aggregate, analyze and present relevant data. In concert with
internal data from finance, operations, lab, admissions, billing
and collections, we overlay with chosen external market data to
create metrics for decision-making protocol.
This tool allows for Fact-Based, accurate and measurable out-
comes for our projects, as well as valuable initiative tracking,
patient outcomes and data review. This tool has no impact on
existing systems and is not a data warehouse: simply an
overlay on existing infrastructure. Additionally, Klerview is not
cost-prohibitive, and does not add costly IT purchases or capital
expenditure to your bottom line.
