As per legislation applicable to Kitco, we are required to obtain and keep on record the following documentation to open a Kitco business account. Part I - Mandatory for all types of business entities selling precious metals scrap to Kitco: At least one of the documents provided pursuant to Part III or another supporting document must demonstrate a logical link between the business activity and the sale of scrap metals. See Section 2 of the Kitco Business Account Application Form for examples of supporting documents. Part II - Mandatory for all types of business entities: A completed and signed copy of the Kitco Business Account Application Form; and A completed and signed copy of the Business Resolution (not required for Sole Proprietorships); and A clear and legible copy of valid government-issued photo identification for all authorized individuals (see instructions in Section 6 of the Kitco Business Account Application Form) ; and A proof of the company’s Principal Place of Business if different from the Registered Business Address. Acceptable proof is a copy of a utility bill, a bank statement or a government correspondence letter dated within three months. Part III – Mandatory depending on the type of business entity: Sole Proprietorships Canada and United States: Trade name registration or Fictitious Name Registration indicating “Doing Business As” (DBA) name; Canada: Business Registration Form or appropriate provincial document. Partnerships Partnership Agreement; and Entity’s filed registration document; and Most recent filed annual report or other documents that are required to be filed with the government; or A filed amendment relating to change in the entity’s name or resignation/appointment of partner(s)/ director(s)/officer(s).

Thank you for your interest in Kitco’s products and services. As per legislation applicable to Kitco, we are required to

obtain and keep on record the following documentation to open a Kitco business account.

Part I - Mandatory for all types of business entities selling precious metals scrap to Kitco:

At least one of the documents provided pursuant to Part III or another supporting document must

Corporations Filed Articles of Incorporation; and

Certificate of Incorporation; and

Most recent filed annual report or other record that is required to be filed annually/biennially/biannually.

Limited Liability Companies Filed Articles of Organization; and

Certificate of Organization; and

Most recent filed annual report or other record that is required to be filed annually/biennially/biannually.

Other Legal Entities(unincorporated associations, community groups, not-for-profit organizations, registered charities, or places of worship)

Official Registration/Charter documents; and

Current bylaws.

Please note:

• Kitco must be notified immediately of any changes or amendments to resolutions and/or any relevant changes to your official

business documents

• Up-to-date IDs must be provided at all times

• All supporting documents in a language other than English or French must be accompanied by a certified English or

French translation
