Kingston Catholic School Report Card Conferences
Pre-K through 8 Thursday, November 21st – 1:30 – 7:30 p.m.
and Friday, November 22nd – 1:30-2:30 p.m.
Dear KCS Families,
Report card conferences will be held Thursday, November 21st from 1:30-7:30 p.m. and Friday, November 22nd from 1:30-2:30 p.m. Parents are required to meet with their child(ren)’s teacher to discuss academic and social progress at this point in the school year. If you cannot meet on either of these dates, please contact your child’s teacher to set up an alternative time. Please note that if you do not send this form into school by the date below, a time slot will be chosen for you. Please do not respond by e-mail.
Please be aware that report cards will be held if there are outstanding fees or tuition on your account.

Please return to school by Wednesday, October 30th so we may send your appointment time back to you by Tuesday, November 5th.
Special area teachers will be available by appointment.
Due to numerous interruptions last year and the confidential nature of conferences, students may not wait in the hallways during conferences. If students must accompany their parents, families are welcome to use aftercare for a nominal charge of $5.
6th, 7th & 8th Grade students may attend conferences with their parents.
KCS Musical Theater is hosting a
dress up day to benefit
the costume department.
With a donation in any amount,
you may dress up as your
favorite Storybook Character
on Thursday, October 31st.

Early Dismissal

Dismissal time as follows:
Students will be dismissed at 2:45pm.
If you are picking up your child, please make sure you are here on time for pick up
if your child rides a bus, please allow for their bus to arrive 15 minutes earlier.
Please note: There WILL be after school
clubs and aftercare for those students signed up.

coats, jackets, hats, gloves, and snow pants/suits that
you no longer need. Kingston Catholic School will accept
your donations through October 25th and deliver them to
Family of Woodstock.

Students need a school sweater or fleece
as the building is a bit chilly – especially
in the morning.
(KCS sweatshirts allowed only on gym
