Father emotionally neglectful of disabled infant. Children 1 and 2 showing signs of unhealthy codependence. Child 1 possibly abusing Child 3.Recommended action:Immediate removal to separate foster families. Extensive counseling and monitoring. Look into PT resources for Child 3.
