Heads 8 4 4
Vice heads 6 3 3
Co-heads 7 4 3
• CCA leaders can award themselves up to the full performance points + maximum outstanding performance points and are not subjected to the member quota
• From AY15/16, only one head and one vice-head are allowed per CCA, with the exception of production CCAs.
• From AY15/16, CCAs are not to have co-heads. However, if there are valid reasons, JCRC’s approval must be sought to allow for co-heads.
• From AY16/17, SMC Exco members are considered to be vice heads.
Hall leaders may be awarded Hall Leaders Points under the evaluation from SCRC and JCRC
SEP Returning Seniors
- Attendance points will be given based on the percentage of attendance within the semester. Maximum attendance points will be awarded if 80% of required attendance during the semester are attained
- Qualify as members if they achieve at least 50% attendance for the semester
- Performance points and outstanding performance points will be doubled
- Total points clocked for the CCA will be capped at the maximum number of points attainable by the CCA
Only for SEM 2 Residents (went SEP on semester 1 or are only offered hall in sem 2)
- Do not need contrasting CCAs to qualify for KEIPS
Example 2:SEP returning senior comes back in semester 2, joins a major committee and clocks 70% attendance for the semester.
According to the KEIPS system, he/she is rewarded with 8 attendance points (see slide 9), 3 performance points, and 1 outstanding performance points.
8 + 6(3 x 2) + 2(1 x 2) = 16
He/she gets 16 points for this CCA.
Example 3:SEP returning senior comes back in semester 2, joins a major committee and clocks 80% attendance for the semester.
According to the KEIPS system, he/she is rewarded with 10 attendance points, 4 performance points, and 1 outstanding performance points.
8 + 8(4 x 2) + 2(1 x 2) = 18
However, since the max points attainable by a major committee is 17,he/she gets 17 points for this CCA.
• Any additional points, other than those stipulated in the guidelines, for any CCA or specific CCA members will have to done through the appeal process.
• CCA leaders who wish to do so are to submit a proposal to the JCRC to justify their appeal by a stated deadline.
• Late submissions will not be entertained.
