If they can read the sight word on the cup, then they can use it in the tower! Make it a competition and see who can build a bigger tower!
Where is the bear?
Put a small toy or a ball of paper under a cup and where is the bear? Children will say the sight word on the cup when they are guessing. A fun way to practice reading sight words!
Read it and Write it! Use materials from your home to write sight words. (Examples of what you can use: shaving cream, gel in a ziplock, crayons, paint)
Bang Game Use an old tissue box or any container. Put all the words you want to practice in the box with a few cards that say bang. Click here to find the Bang Game directions.
